PSF was the third company I met with, and after my initial visit with Sam, I knew I had found the right one. Sam took the time to listen to what I wanted, patiently answered every question, and never made me feel rushed. We discussed my vision for transitioning from tile to wood flooring, and he immediately put me at ease by explaining it wouldn't be a problem. Even after the visit, I had more questions, especially about floor preparation and the contract language. Having a construction attorney in the family tends to make you read every word! Sam continued to answer my questions and worked with me on the contract until I was completely comfortable moving forward. Even though paying 50% upfront was difficult, I felt confident I had chosen the right company. That confidence was rewarded on installation day. Tony and his crew were outstanding. I want to give a special shoutout to Tony and Johnny whose attention to detail was exceptional. It was obvious they take tremendous pride in their work, and it shows in every room. The staircase, in particular, is a work of art. Tony also noticed the original stair trim wouldn't match the new baseboards and suggested replacing it. That extra attention to detail made all the difference. The new trim, along with the beautifully caulked and painted baseboards, gave the entire project a truly finished look. Everyone who visits comments on how beautiful the floors are, but they also notice the quality of the workmanship. That's the highest compliment I can give. We originally had her quote based off of an estimated sq ft and prices were much more competitive than the first flooring company we worked with. Alix quickly came out and took measurements. Ordering was very easy. When it came time to scheduled installation, they had no problem delaying it due to a vacation we had already scheduled. Installation for two rooms took a couple of hours, and everything came out great! Very happy with the results and would work with Flooring Warehouse again for any needs.

The guys did a great job and we are very pleased with the look and feel. I hate when floors go "click click click" when you walk on them and this luxury vinyl does not do that - which is great.
