LVP in Zoe. We are so happy!

Three years ago we had vinyl put in over our tile with Timbercreek. Over the last three years there have been some issues that have come up, and Ryan has been available and willing over the time to fix the issues. Unfortunately it came down to replacing all of the flooring due to our floor being discontinued. Ryan was quick to get a resolution, always communicating and extremely patient and helpful during the process. His team was clean, efficient and kind (which is so important when they're in your home for multiple days) We were happy previously, and continue to be happy customers who would highly recommend Timbercreek for flooring. Thank you Ryan for getting us a solution to the problem, your lifetime warranty is just that!

The entire process was just the easiest ever. I needed to match the existing flooring in the living area (luxury vinyl plank). Fortunately, I had a box with labels. It took 1-2 weeks to get the supplies in. Installation went smoothly and could not be happier with the result. The whole quoting process was very straightforward and upfront. There was no need to put any money down upfront - I only had to pay on completion. Communication with the team was also flawless. I also compared a quote with the original installer - even though they had all the measurements, they did not even need to come out, they quoted about 23% more than what I ended up paying to Timbercreek Floors. Highly recommended.

Fast quote, and easy to work with. Willing to work with you and meet your needs wherever possible. The flooring installers did an excellent job with installing luxury vinyl planks and were able to create stair noses using existing planks in a style that my wife preferred as opposed to store-bought stair noses.

We have had a wonderful experience with Ryan and his team! They did all our wood floors in our home, and they're beautiful! The quality is great! We have pets, and they've held up wonderfully! They're always quick to respond, answer any and all questions, and priced well. Highly recommend!

We used Timbercreek Floors to install wood floors throughout our entire house. They provided an amazing service and product from start to finish. -The quoting process was quick and easy to schedule. Mark was punctual and measured our whole home in a few minutes and was able to generate an accurate quote by the end of his visit so we knew exactly what we would pay for our floor installation. He also brought a bunch of samples for us to look through that same day. -We had a few timeline issues on our end and they were so flexible in rescheduling quickly to meet our needs. -The crew was punctual and very respectful of our home. They were there to answer any questions we had. -They work FAST! Our entire 2,500 sq. ft. home had the new floors installed and they completed the work, including painting/installing/caulking all of the trim in 4 days. -The final product looks amazing. The crew has a great attention to detail and installed the boards with a perfect pattern and made sure to vary the boards throughout the house. -You don't pay anything until you are 100% satisfied with the job. Mark came by at the end to ensure the floors were installed perfectly. There were a few places where some normal minor imperfections developed after settling for a few days (caulk separating in some areas) and they were happy to come do touch ups to get it just right. I highly, highly recommend Timbercreek Floors for your floor installation. They're wonderful!

Timbercreek floors was very quick to respond and come out for an estimate. Within 30 minutes of Mark arriving I was given an exact price for the entire service (installing vinyl plank flooring throughout entire house). Didn't have to pay anything until the job was finished and everything turned out exactly how I wanted. Great service and great price. Overall loved how easy and transparent the whole process was. Definitely recommend them for anyone installing new floors! Puppy approved as well!

We had a DIY self leveling concrete job turn out not so level. Ryan was one of few who was willing to help us come in, sort it out, and get our flooring installed on short notice. It looks beautiful! He was super helpful, very willing to answer all our questions, and was a pleasure to deal with.

Ryan goes above and beyond to make sure customers are still satisfied, even post sale. I highly recommend supporting this local business if you're in the market for new flooring.

I saw their display space at the HEB in Leander and I signed up for an in-home consultation. They contacted me within hours of doing so. I bought my house 3 years ago and the living room had a light colored berber style carpet in it. Although the carpet was new it was wearing quickly, dirty and impossible to keep clean as my dogs tracked mud and dirt in every day. Seemed I was constantly breaking out the carpet shampooer. Two other rooms had hardwood floors and having seen pictures of the house prior to the photos used for my purchase I knew there was probably matching hardwood floors under the carpet. But I didn't know if it could be saved and as a 60 year old widow didn't know what to do with it if it could be. When Ryan came out for the appointment I told him about the possible flooring underneath. After some discussion we decided to pull up a corner and take a look. Sure enough there was the matching hardwood floor. Ryan thought it looked pretty good. That's when Ryan displayed the greatest level of ethics and morality I've seen in a long time. He told me "if it was me this is what I would do"..... As he said, worst case scenario is that it doesn't work out and I have to have new flooring installed. He then told me what to do step by step. He knew that this was at the expense of him selling me a newly installed floor but he did it anyway. He proceeded to tell me how to pull up the carpet tack strip carefully, how to plug and patch the holes, cover the scratches with stain, how to remove the glue that held the carpet padding down with mineral spirits and how to put down the transition pieces from the wood flooring to the tile. The next day I got to work. Took 2 - 3 days, a few hours at a time, but all total it was only about 6 - 7 hours of work. What I had tentatively priced out with Lowes / Home Depot to be a $3500 plus job cost me about $100 to restore and another $200 for an area rug. I think it looks amazing if I say so myself. I can't thank Ryan enough for his step by step instructions. Ryan could have been dishonest and told me the floor couldn't be saved, I wouldn't have known any better, but he didn't and for that reason I will use him in the future if I ever need to and I would recommend him to anyone that asks for a referral. His morality and ethics spoke volumes.

Ryan and his team installed Cali Cantina Oak luxury vinyl plank on my stairs and second floor. The entire experience was excellent! When our flooring didn't arrive at the expected time, Ryan was able to move our install date while still completing the project on time. The team worked quickly, was friendly, and cleaned up after themselves. Three of the boxes arrived via FedEx damaged, but the installation team was able to work around the damaged planks since some planks had to be cut to size anyway. It made me especially happy that two of the three installers for my project were women! When I had some final touch-up requests, Ryan completed the touch-ups himself with a keen attention to detail. Highly recommend!

    Before - chipped stair noses

We had a number of stair noses that were damaged by a cleaning service. Ryan was very responsive throughout the process and offered an option that fixed the noses without having to do a full replacement which saved us a bunch of money. Highly recommend if you're looking for flooring work. See before and after pictures attached.

I highly recommend Ryan and his services. We asked for his help installing hardwood floors in our house. We had to work with a special vendor given we had existing hardwood floors. Ryan patiently guided the process and acquired the hardwood floors from the special vendor which was not straightforward. He was extremely knowledgeable and detailed oriented throughout the process and patiently answered all our questions. Very easy to communicate with. Running any operation is challenging and there will be road bumps. Ryan was there right away for any glitches and quickly resolved the matter. Ryan's work is of highest quality and given the quality, his rates are very reasonable. His services are not the least expensive in town; but we all know sometimes (often?) the less expensive services turn out to be the most expensive over long run. We love the new look of our house -- thank you Ryan. Appreciate your vision, hard work and the highest level of care that you have for your customers. You are on our speed dial for any future projects.

Timbercreek Floors did a great job replacing my carpets with luxury vinyl planks to match the rest of the living room/hallway area. I've worked with Mark and he provided an excellent customer service from start to finish. He was responsive, quick on scheduling for an estimate, explained the process and fees thoroughly in full transparency! Cost is also reasonable compared to other flooring companies. Despite a rather tight deadline, they were still able to deliver without jeopardizing the quality of work. Highly recommended! Definitely going to work with them again. Thanks y'all!

We hired Texas Elite Flooring to replace the flooring and repair drywall in our condo after some…read morewater damage. A decision I deeply regret. The signed contract, dated Mar 19, 2025, listed a start date of Apr 14 with a pessimistic projected completion date of Apr 19. We paid ~$5K for material + 25% labor upfront as agreed. 1. Unreliable Scheduling and Dishonest Communication Work began with a full day on Mon, Apr 14, but then the crew was absent for the next three days (Tue-Thu), despite daily text messages from the project manager (Shae) saying they'd be there "tomorrow." Thu night, he texted: "... Floor could be done tomorrow. ..." Friday, they showed up briefly and made minimal progress. Shae said they would complete everything on Monday, April 21 [contractors are not allowed in our condo during the weekend]. Trusting that commitment, we did not extend our Airbnb rental (which we were using to stay with our cats during the work). Mon, April 21, they showed up but did not finish the work and never informed us of the delay. I had to rebook the Airbnb last minute at a significantly higher cost. The pattern repeated: Tue morning: Promised completion that day -- they didn't finish. I rebooked Airbnb for another night at an even higher cost. Tue night: Promised arrival "EXACTLY" at 8:30 AM on Wednesday, with completion by 9:30 AM Wed, Apr 23: Arrived at 10:38 AM and stayed until late afternoon and still left without finishing. Since I missed the check-out time at the Airbnb, had to rebook for another night at an even higher rate. At 11:54 AM on Wed, while they were still in the condo, Shae sent me a final bill -- with no mention that part of the work was incomplete. 2. Unfinished Work and No Disclosure When they left, we found: (i) A closet (~10' x 4') was never demoed or re-floored [pic] (ii) Baseboards and QR were not installed in some areas. These baseboards were removed by the water mitigation experts in Jan (well before Shae made a bid for the job). [pic] Despite daily communication, Shae didn't mention even once that these parts of the job wouldn't be completed. 3. Deflection and Excuses Instead of Accountability When I raised the concern about the baseboards, the responses I received from Shae included: "?" [bewilderment] "Where are they?" "Whoever took them off should of saved them for us" When I said that this is something that they should have communicated before they left, Shae's response was. "We do not know everything" "Until the job is started or finished" followed by ... "The work on the work order is completed " "Here are your next steps: 1) pay us for the work we completed and that we agreed on. 2) call a painter, and get your new Sheetrock muddled and painted ..." I was understandably upset when I received this text. I had hired them to replace the flooring in my entire condo. I did not expect to have to hire another contractor to finish the work. 4. Escalation and Threats Above exchange was on Thu, Apr 24. The next day I texted Shae, thanking him for the suggestion: "Thank you for telling me what my next steps are. This is very informative." In response, I received the following threatening messages: "If you don't pay us by tomorrow at 8am and have my check ready, I'll be filing a police report with my lawyers tomorrow for theft of services of over 3K. Choose wisely sir. Have a blessed day..." "I had patience with you, but I'm done." ... "But you have ignored us, and also have laughed at our messages, when I have a contract that you signed about the services. Don't think this is a joke ["sheriff/cowboy" emoji] "Do you understand me?" To this I replied. "I never said I won't pay". Shae's reply: "You said the job isn't done. It's done." "Now will you pay or not ?" I felt this level of escalation -- simply for asking about undisclosed, unfinished work -- was completely inappropriate. I did end up paying. I was naive enough to sign a written contract that was sufficiently vague: (i) Contract just said "replacement of flooring". Did not mention sq. ft. So even if they just replaced 75% of the floor, I could be legally obligated to pay the full amount since it meets "reasonable expectations" per TX Law. [src: reddit] (ii) Shae conveniently left the field "Contractor shall complete this work on" blank and instead included the date under description of services. This absolves of him of liability if the work is not completed on time. Again, something I should have seen before signing. 5. Quality of Work: The flooring work was fine. But the drywall repair was shoddy (pic); also damages to our front door (pic) and a french door. The project ended up costing me nearly $1K in Airbnb rebookings, caused enormous stress, and now I will incur additional costs to complete the job. In my opinion, Texas Elite Flooring is not a professional and trustworthy company. and I found Shae's behavior to be dishonest and in the end threatening.

Bob is very responsive to messages which I appreciate but this was a job at an unoccupied home (belonging to my parents) with a hidden key so I did want more updates (especially with my folks constantly asking me). I did not receive notification of job start or finish. I had to reach out to get that. I didn't find out that the job was completed until the following day.
