Sent a $50 deposit to ensure that we were in fact coming as we said bc we lived a ways away. We got there and the vehicle didnt run as we were told and the head gasket blew while trying to test drive it. No biggie things happen. So we spoke about several other vehicles and it was getting late so we told them to contact us when he found the keys and could obtain paperwork. We even told them we would buy a second vehicle if all was with after the first. Upon leaving we all agreed the $50 deposit would be refund. That was saturday night. I messaged after 2 hrs of driving saturday night and we were still another 2.5 hrs away and he said he would send it in about an hr when he returned. Ok cool no problem, right.... WRONG!!!! We have been calling nd calling with no answer. We have been texting and texting with no reply. I have also sent a request via Cash app requesting our deposit be refunded back as was agreed upon... and nothing!!! Been calling and texting all day today and even sent a message on Facebook. Still nothing. I AM HIGHLY UPSET AT THIS POINT AND WANT MY MONEY REFUNDED AS AGREED!!! IT TAKES 2 SECONDS TO SEND IT BACK. SO NOW IM POSTING THIS REVIEW IN HOPES OF GETTING OR MONEY BACK AND KEEPING IT FROM HAPPENING TO SOMEONE ELSE! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! It was late at night & these guys got there in an hour (great considering people broken down everywhere). They got the truck out of a ditch. In the process of this difficult extraction they broke the brake line: no brakes. My wife and I stayed in the area (we had to anyway because of weather) and they got the brake line replaced the next day. The 2 gentlemen that helped us the next day could not be more friendly & accommodating. What could have been a disaster turn out as a minor inconvenience and an adventure. Thanks guys!

Had me tow my wife's car to his shop, pay…read more For the engine to have it shipped, stopped answering the phone when time to pick it up, move out of the shop, stole the car and changed his phone number. Filed a police report and reported to the bank then to the insurance company. Also deleted his Facebook page which I was also following. Next step is the Better Business Bureau. A guy at the shops addresses claimed Randale Turley sold him the shop and the car wasn't there, though I definitely do not believe him. Also said he didn't know where he was. Get Er Done Automotive LLC or whomever owns the shop at 1121 Worford street are thieves and scammers. Don't trust anything in the area anymore. If you know this Randy person or happen to run into him, please tell him that I need my wife's car. Really like to speak with him face to face....
