She did not have a big enough battery in stock for my Lincoln, but she told me to hold on and she would place a call to the next closest location. She verified that they had the correct battery in stock and told me to as for a specific dude because he would be expecting me. I drove right down to the Doniphan location and Edwin replaced my battery in less than ten minutes. Over all, great service from both locations.

Meaning also speak English. My husband went in and couldn't communicate with the person at the desk and had to speak in his best Spanish. But excuse me, the other person needs to also try. The auto center worker seems like he only mumbles and grunts. He kept saying something and walking away. We had no idea what he was talking about. We checked on the vehicle later to see how it was coming along and noticed it had been moved from the original parking space so we thought it was done. WRONG...when we asked if it was ready a guy said, "oh it needs a lift." and just kept walking. One guy said oh no I don't answer questions I only take your money. The workers have no sense of customer service or communication skills at all. They walked directly in-front of me as I'm trying to exit with a cart full of groceries and apparently can't say excuse me. I finally just pushed my cart through them. I don't have to be polite if you don't have any manners and can't bother yourself to be courteous. This is why Discount is so popular. They get the job done quick and are very attentive. I know gas stations aren't known for having the cleanest restrooms (unless you are Buc-ees) but these bathrooms were atrocious. They were so bad, I stepped in and stepped right out. Like I felt dirty walking in and out for the half a second I was in there. The floor was sticky, dirty and wet. The walls were gross. The stalls were gross and let's not get started on the toilets. I really had to go but was not taking any chance and waited till I got home. I hate leaving Speedway a bad review but that bathroom was NASTY. I decided to take it to the dealership and got charged 2500$ when I got the car back I drove it and right away I knew that the clutch job they did was not done correctly . I was told to drive it for a few months and to just try it out . Well the clutch went bad they told me it was driver error . I let them know that I've only owned manual cars in my 35 years of life and that it was not driver error . Well they refused to fix it so I went to ammco they charged me 1800$ they kept my car for 2 weeks I get the car back and a few weeks later the same issue came up at that point I was going to just give up and sell the car however another soldier I work with told me about transmission of El Paso and to take my car there I took my car there they charged me almost nothing compared to the other shops and absolutely fixed the issue I was having my installing the clutch and flywheel correctly !!!! 10/10!!!
