I'm used to changing my own tires, but the newfangle vehicle I have now doesn't even have a spot for a spare, hence this situation. Allen and his colleague (sorry! I can't remember her name!) from Walmart made a bummer road trip layover an easy fix. They matched the tire on the car with a new one and had it changed and ready in under an hour while I checked out of the nearby hotel. I didn't know Walmart had these services and boy was I grateful for the early 7 am start, the courteous expert service they both gave and the reliability that comes from this big box store.

They showed us hospitality with coffee and clean restrooms. The manager found a situation with the wheel they were repairing. They took us back into the shop and explained the situation and how they were going to fix it at no extra charge. The level of quality care made high marks with me and my mom.
