I subscribed to a reputable company in the Valley this year. They installed my HVAC system brilliantly. These guys were top notched. However, their plumbing department, I have some concerns about. I was able to get my water heater flushed out in November, there wasn't too much sediment since I am sure to do it annually. As a local in Vegas knows, this January 2026, we are in winter and it's cold for us living in the desert. I was looking forward to a hot shower. I found that the water heater was not producing hot water. I called the reputable company in the Valley that installed my HVAC and had plumbing services. They were great and said they would come that day. The plumber came. It took him over an hour to discover that the water heater's internal wires needed to be replaced. My water heater was still under warranty. The plumber made me go get the part. Yes, you read that right, I, the owner of my house went down to the Water Heater Parts Store and picked up the part! The drive down there I was livid. 'Why was I picking up a part? Wasn't it the plumber's job?" The gentleman at the Water Heater Parts Store said I needed to be a plumber to get this part under warranty. I ended up buying the part. Then, I immediately called a plumbing company I have used several times in the past and even the Water Heater Parts Store gentleman recommended I call them, Done Right Plumbing. And you know what, Esteban completed it and did it right! He went and got the additional parts when needed and he fixed it with no hassle. So, I highly recommend Done Right Plumbing! Like clockwork we get a clogged drain annually from the master shower which backs up the tubs and toilets. Called Done Right Plumbing as they had been the last plumbers out to replace a hot water heater. I explained this problem's history and how every time the service wants to first try to snake from the outside trap. That never works. Service has to pull the toilet and snake from the back end of the house towards the street. THEIR SERVICE EMPLOYEE WOULD **NOT** DO AS I ASKED. HE INSISTED TRYING TO SNAKE FROM THE OUTSIDE TRAP. WHEN THAT DIDN'T WORK (NO SURPRISE), HE ABSOLUTELY REFUSED TO PULL THE TOILET CLAIMING "I have already done all that I can do!". That's it - nothing more to offer, suggest. I am to just continue to live with a clogged drain .. forever? These people then have the nerve to send us a BILL for .... resolving nothing! Fixing nothing? Solving nothing!! read more

I had a mini project that included new counters in my kitchen and the need to remove sink, garbage disposal and more. I was working with Home Depot for the counters and they offered plumbing services and more. They use a long list to check off. Prices were crazy and I felt more comfortable using a company I have had service my home for many years-Done Right Plumbing. The staff was great to help me schedule before and after counter work in a window of 24 hours, so my kitchen was not out of service long. They were great, on time and more affordable than charges using HD would have been. Over the years, they have installed my new kitchen faucet, repaired toilet shut off valve, landscape valve outdoors and recently-the disconnect and reconnect kitchen plumbing to allow new counters. We have had extremely high water bills - $200+ monthly. When we called we specifically asked if they were able to detect leaks wherever. The technician came, checked the meter, it was still. He then turned the garden hose on at the nearest outside faucet which make the meter spin. When he turned off the hose the meter stopped spinning. He declared there was definitely NOT a leak in the house and that to have a water bill that high had to be the yard. He made absolutely no attempt to find where a leak could be. This happened in about 11 minutes, then charged us $80!!! And left!!! I was a fool to pay him. read more

I depend on user reviews when looking for services and noticed that there had been some significant negative postings regarding Done Right Plumbing, however, I had such a positive experience when I used them several years ago I decided to take my chances in spite of those reviews and call them again. I'm glad I did!!! I called and made an appointment for same day service, was told Corey would be here between 1:00 and 3:00. Corey called at 10:40 am to let me know he was running ahead of schedule and was here by 11:00am. The job was a simple faucet replacement which I had tried to do myself but was unable to get the old faucet out due to corrosion in the fittings. Corey got the new faucet installed lickity split and then found leakage in the water shutoff valve (which I had already suspected from my trying to diagnose the issues myself). Corey took care of that and then cautioned me to keep an eye on the other shutoff valve. He was happy to share details with me so that I could replace it myself when the time comes. I made an appointment to have my anode rod changed and my water heater drained. Upon arrival, the fat plumber who could barely walk immediately said he wasn't going to drain my water heater. I said "Ok, just change the anode rod then." Later when I went to check on him, he said he couldn't remove the rod because it was too difficult. In hindsight, he had no intention of doing the work because he was probably instructed by management to rip me off. He pretended that the job couldn't be done and charged me anyway. Another plumbing company changed it with no problem. In hindsight, it was too easy to get a convenient appointment. The person on the phone said yes to everything including changing my anode rod and draining my water heater because they had no intention of doing any work! It seems like they planned to rip me off from the very beginning. Go elsewhere. read more

Can't say enough about this company and the crew they sent out! 5 days before Christmas and I find that I have a constantly running meter. Couldn't find any water anywhere after searching under every sink, shower, water heater etc. The company immediately sent out an estimator who told me that I was missing certain shut-off valves.. so he went to his truck and got a tool and discovered that I had a break in the water line, underground, that would require breaking cement and digging up the old line to find the leak.. and then he says.. why don't we just replace the entire line from the meter to the house and my first thought was.. there goes by saving account and a second mortgage in the house!! But nothing could be farther from the truth. The crew of three that came out we're quick, efficient, friendly, knowledgeable, and I could keep going on but let me just say they were a Godsend They installed all new lines as well as all new shut off valves and their landscaping to put everything back together and make it look as if they were never there was beyond belief! We have used Done Right Plumbing's services both in our businesses (restaurants) as well as at our home. Their level of customer service is exceptional. We called after hours at 6:30p for a pipe that was leaking associated with our water heater. We were hoping to get on the morning's schedule but the answering service had the technician Ryan call us back right away. He said he could be there in about 2 hours. He showed up in exactly two hours (called when he was on the way), replaced the pipe, and the cost was less than $150!?! Downstairs toilet started leaking last night at the base. Called first thing this morning and Miguel arrived just after 1 p.m. The wax ring was bad which I could fix but the metal ring was completely rusted and wouldn't hold the toilets bolts. I couldn't get the ring off. Miguel was quick, replaced wax seals and the ring and also replaced the water valve on the wall that wouldn't completely shut off. My tankless water heater was leaking from inside the panel. I called Done Right to get a 2nd opinion as the first plumbing company I called said I needed to replace the whole unit for 5k+. Done Right service tech Ryan took one look and said I needed to replace an O-ring in the cold water intake. He immediately ordered the parts which came the following day (parts were still under warranty). He fixed it and flushed it for a grand total of $145, saving me thousands.
