As it turned out George and his team had to do our renovation of the backyard while we were out of town due to circumstances beyond our control. Also, my AC unit got a thorough tuneup to the point where my motor looked brand new. Thomas, the tech, explained what was done(pictures), what to look out for and replaced my filter. Aug 8th, 111degrees in Las Vegas/Henderson and KEVIN came immediately. HVAC with no cooling, No fan blowing. Diagnosed Motor Replacement. Kevin worked in a very tight space in our extremely hot attic for hours. When Kevin arrived he looked at the condenser outside 1st, then went up to the attic to inspect the unit, it was the motor. Kevin was able to locate a LOCAL compatible motor. Anyone who lives in Vegas knows that finding AC parts in August in the desert is usually impossible. But Kevin climbed down from our attic and said the part was 30 minutes away and he would be right back. 30 minutes later with the brand new motor still in the box he climbed back up into the attic. He did not come down from our attic until we had cold AC. Not sure how he was able to withstand the heat for that long? I/we honestly couldn't be more grateful. It was clear by the way Kevin spoke he was an accomplished technician. He is compassionate, and extremely knowledgeable, honest and fair. However, their plumbing department, I have some concerns about. I was able to get my water heater flushed out in November, there wasn't too much sediment since I am sure to do it annually. As a local in Vegas knows, this January 2026, we are in winter and it's cold for us living in the desert. I was looking forward to a hot shower. I found that the water heater was not producing hot water. I called the reputable company in the Valley that installed my HVAC and had plumbing services. They were great and said they would come that day. The plumber came. It took him over an hour to discover that the water heater's internal wires needed to be replaced. My water heater was still under warranty. The plumber made me go get the part. Yes, you read that right, I, the owner of my house went down to the Water Heater Parts Store and picked up the part! The drive down there I was livid. 'Why was I picking up a part? Wasn't it the plumber's job?" The gentleman at the Water Heater Parts Store said I needed to be a plumber to get this part under warranty. I ended up buying the part. Then, I immediately called a plumbing company I have used several times in the past and even the Water Heater Parts Store gentleman recommended I call them, Done Right Plumbing. And you know what, Esteban completed it and did it right! He went and got the additional parts when needed and he fixed it with no hassle. So, I highly recommend Done Right Plumbing! They are truly the best in Las Vegas!
