I needed to have my plaque repaired and found G & W close to home. Great and knowledgeable staff, prompt service and they even did my repair while I waited, which was not long. Plenty of on street parking right in front. Will use them in the future if need arises. read more

I ordered a sweater for my son, since the school was selling them. Turns out they hired this shop to do the design and print. We'll I ordered it on November 19th 2021 on the school web page since it had a link to this shop and till now I have not received. They have not contacted me at all either . I called the school and they say I have to call this shop. This is such bad customer service. Let me tell you that sweat shirt wasn't cheap either I Paid $27 35. So disappointing. My son keeps asking me for his school sweater. No one answers the phone and mailbox is full. read more

I tend to review businesses around my home and personal life, and forget about the ones I use to support my professional life. I've been a customer of G & W for years. The owners, Glen and Wanda, do a great job with service, quality, and price in addition to being wonderful people that not only remember you, but truly care about their customers. So I thought - I need to Yelp this place - I mentioned Yelp to Wanda, she hadn't heard of it, but was really excited when I said I would be writing a review. I'm happy to be FTR especially after the way they saved me this week. I was hosting an awards party for about 75 people on a Thursday evening. I booked the room, put down a deposit, got the info and publicity going - took care of all of the arrangements well ahead of time - except one - ordering the awards. I called on Monday - closed, always been closed on Monday's but since I use them just a couple times a year - I never remember that! I left a message on their business phone, and noticed that I had their home number - probably from another time needed something in a rush! I left a message there also. I'm thinking "great, I need around 50 medals and trophies - engraved - in 2 days" - Nice job Bob! I call on Tuesday morning, she's got my message and has already pulled the stock parts along with my last year's order. All she needs is the info to engrave. I drop off the names to engrave after work that day, and Wanda has completed the order, it's all ready to go except for the engraving. Everything was ready on Thursday - and everything perfect! Over the years, I have used them for trophies, plaques, medals, and custom framing of sports jerseys. They work with you to get what you want - and it always looks great - they have the colors that go exactly with what you need - making everything look custom (guess that's why it's in their name!) without any overblown charges. Glen and Wanda understand that most of the groups giving awards are organizations serving the community, and they have always priced their items with that in mind. It's a small store, completely packed with inventory and orders that are waiting to be picked up. The kind of independent, mom and pop store that Yelpers love to support. Glen and Wanda are some of the friendliest, caring and hard working people around - and thy are very deserving of that support and my recommendation! read more

Second the pricing for their products are great for this reason alone is to make for repeat business. The 3rd both Glen and Wanda make you feel like family, they make you feel like you're getting a relatives price. I am very happy I found this place. I was looking for a place to redo my fantasy football leagues trophy and I ended up here. This is a couple who have a passion at trophy's and they gave me the under promise, over deliver treatment. I needed to get new plates and engraving done and they did it! I came in on a Tuesday and for what I asked they said it could be ready by Friday which was perfect. The next day I get a call that it's ready and I was blown away how fast that was. The trophy came out better than it was and I will love to come back when I need more trophy work. read more

Wanda and Ben saved the day! So glad that the original trophy shop completely blew me off or I would not have found them! I walked in and they took care of me like family. Nice people and the best part is that they had the work done in 2 hours where I had spent a week waiting on the other guy in town to do nothing the whole time. The job was done professionally and with all the extras you would expect from someone who has been in business for as long as they have been.
