"Ring button and pull door" that is what it says on the outside of your business. We pressed the button twice. We get rung in. We immediately get yelled at for ringing the button. He tells us that he was in the back of the store cleaning and that we should've only pressed it once. We are extremely apologetic. He continues to berate us out. He scowled at us. We changed our mind and didn't want to look at any of his product anymore. We informed him we were no longer interested, to which he then responded with "oh now you want me to let you out?". He buzzed us out. He then followed us outside to our car, continuing to berate us and leave his property. Multiple times. Don't waste your time. read more

Lewis engraving, on San Bernardino Rd., is not very friendly when it comes to other people I should say trying to get business done. The owner commented on my last post saying, you must have the wrong business, I have the right business. I'm a retired veteran from the United States Army and served my country honorably. My DD 214 states that I have a honorable discharge. Like I said before, it doesn't matter the color of your skin, what should matter is the content of your character. And to the owner, I do have the right business! It was engraving on San Bernardino Rd. Now the owner is saying, maybe it was bad communication, the guy is Hispanic yes, but he speaks perfectly good English, and it wasn't over the phone, I called the shop before sending him directly to the shop! I had a glass engraved for a Wedding Unity Vase ...not very happy with the final product. Young girl had no samples no suggestions and I felt rushed should have walked out door at that point my fault. But I stood based off Yelp. She only had a plate that showed 5 fonts I asked the size could I see some other samples she had none so the size was guessed. I hate to give bad reviews but since I do Yelp I had too. You can't even see the engraving it's so small and so light waste of money and my time. Now gotta see if it can be fixed or re-buy another vase. read more

There aren't many specialty engravers out there. This is one of them. I took my fiance's platinum wedding band to get it engraved here. His ring is very small. They were able to engrave it with proficiency. Prices were very reasonable too. I wish I had more stuff to get engraved! read more
