I had a great rapport with the previous management, however the new management was rude, incompetent, and, non responsive. Not only did the shop not fix one of the dents we clearly discussed during the initial quote, but they also returned the car with a new door ding and scratches in the paint that weren't there before. To make matters worse, my car had to stay in their shop for an additional week beyond what they promised. When I finally picked it up, it was throwing "service transmission" error messages, which a mechanic later told me likely resulted from them leaving the car idling for long periods -- something they never disclosed or took responsibility for. When I brought up my concerns about the unfinished work, the scratches, and the transmission warning, the staff was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. No apologies, no explanations -- just attitude. This shop might fix a dent or two, but they clearly don't respect your time, your property, or your trust. I would never bring my car here again and strongly recommend others look elsewhere.
