DO NOT bring your car to this place. Everything that could go wrong did. My biggest issue is the office staff. Rude, horrible communicators, irresponsible, customer service that blames the customer for everything. Had a fender bender and here are the facts: Towed the vehicle to their location*notified them that I wasn't using my insurance*took awhile to receive the quote. I called often. On one occasion, i notified the owner I hadn't received a call back, he made a comment about his niece. Can't recall the exact wording. But I understood it to mean she was young and let's things slip. I paid the deposit for work to begin. Then told difference would need to be paid in cash. On one call, they told me something else would need to be fixed. Fine. I contacted them before going asking if I could pay w a credit card. She said fine, she'll take a copy of my credit card. I then make the journey to go get my car. I get there and she tells me she tells me the cost and it sounds off - I had to ask why? She explains the processing fee is a percentage. Bad communication. We get in the vehicle and notice the back rear mirror is shattered. By this time I have signed things got the key and was about to pull away. I go back inside and she says she say it but eh!!! It became a blame game and a nothing I can do, and not sure how it happened, no one moved your car, nobody else's car is damaged, the tow guy had stuff back there. It was horrible. I then say I'm not taking the vehicle until the owner who was away got back. I go back two more times, because she also said she would reverse my card. I couldn't pull it out of her why. I imagined because their was some level of culpability, and then I had to go back after I released the staff did not return my card. Mind you, no call from the owner, nothing. I have nothing positive to say about this service. I was made to feel like a customer that is hysterical, volatile, and doesn't understand optimal deserve or someone who only deserves to be treated in a disrespectful way. Meanwhile in between time I am far far from that. I must of been extremely irritated because this review has been in my draft. I strongly suggest the staff do not respond to this review. Further ridicule or sarcastic remarks will not change my opinion or treatment. read more

Over the 20 years that we have lived in Atlanta, my family has needed a body shop more often than I would like. Most recently, I took my car in after getting into a fight with a column in my parking garage. The back drivers side was all scratched up. I could barely stand to look at it! MAN! Where do I start! My car was basically destroyed aka totaled by the insurance company, but I didn't want to give up on my car yet. I took my car to Edwin and he did the damn thing! This review is overdue but I came across the paperwork for our repair from April and didn't want to forget again to post what a good experience we had. These people are awesome. What everyone else said. We had a good bit of damage to the rear end of a Camry and they fixed it up beautifully. Prices are reasonable, they did everything on the schedule we discussed, they communicate regularly. I worked with Nicole and she is great to work with. My car has rear door and quarter panel damage (that cement column in the parking deck "came out of no where" apparently). They did a fantastic job with both the repair and the paint match. They were very accommodating of my schedule and maintained good communication concerning the status of my car. When I went to pick up my car, the battery was dead, and they switched it out at no charge by the end of the day. Being from out if town, a woman and not knowing much about auto body repair, I was looking for estimates from different shops. I only had a few days to find an auto body shop to have my daughter's car fixed and thought I would get the run around about work needed and prices. After researching and reading reviews, I took the car to get an estimate on repair to Luxury Auto. I spoke with Edwin,. He walked around entire car, pointed out damages and costs. He gave a very affordable price and told me how long repairs would take. Luxury did a GREAT JOB!! My daughter has an older Infiniti I30 and honestly if you didn't know it was an older car, you wouldn't know looking at it after they were done. The car was in showroom condition!! It looked brand knew!! The body work was done and completely detailed---leather seats treated, carpets shampooed-- everything. (The car was filthy when it came in). He lifted up the hood of the car, and everything under the hood had been cleaned too!!! It could have been in a car show. (No exaggerating). It was also ready as promised for the price he estimated. If you live in Atlanta, you are eventually going to be in a car accident. It is inevitable due to the way people speed. I was hit stopping for a school bus! The insurance guy told me to go here for repairs and he was right! My car was repaired on time and I did not have to do anything with the insurance company. Luxury answered my questions and responded to my concerns even when the insurance company would not. Laura in the office is a gem...very pleasant and professional. They gave me a great deal and they were a pleasure to work with. Stress free. And there is a car rental place just down the street which is convenient. My Kia Soul, which I have been driving now for a few weeks, looks great and drives well. As a woman, mechanics and repair guys want to rip you off. Not here. I totally trust Luxury! DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I took my vehicle in to get a headlight assembly repaired. I asked Jabari to call me before doing any work. He called me a few days later to say the work had been completed! Huh? I didn't even receive a quite. That wasn't the issue, though, as the price was completely acceptable. When I went to pick the car up, I turned it on, and three dashboard alerts/ indicators went off in the vehicle. I asked Jabari about it, and he claimed these weren't related to the headlight issue. I found it odd that so many alerts were occurring so son after a repair. These were not an issue at all the day I dropped my car off at Luxury Auto Body. I asked Jabari to hook it up to a diagnostic computer to determine the issue. He agreed and I returned 20 minutes later to a smiling Jabari, stating that everything was fine now. I started the car, and once again, the indicators were lit up like a christmas tree. He immediately starting backpedaling, saying that the the only thing they did was remove the bumber and temperature sensor to repair the headlight assembly. He went on to explain that he did not have the equipment to reset the computer and that there was nothing more he could do. The next day I took the vehicle to Buckhead Imports. The are obviously better equipped to repair and service vehicles, as they had the proper equipment to run a diagnostic check. Within minutes they determined that the temperature sensor was improperly re-installed on my vehicle, and this was causing the myriad alerts on my car. BTW - i never told him about the work that Luxury Auto Body conducted. It would cost $167 to repair the sensor correctly. I then called Jabari back asking that Luxury Auto Body pay for the repairs. He got the owner on the phone who said, and I'm not kidding, "we gave you a good deal on the headlight. you shouldn't complain about other issues we may have caused". Like he did me a favor?! I PAID HIS ASKING PRICE WITH NO NEGOTIATIONS AND NO APPROVAL FOR EVEN STARTING THE JOB IN THE FIRST PLACE. He went on to say "bring the car back, we'll take out the headlight assembly, put in the bad assembly, and you can go on your way". WTF?!?!! Jabari then got back on the phone stating that he never touched the temperature sensor (complete lie!!!). He then said, again I can't make this up, "why the f*ck would you do this to me? Why would you stab me in the back?" WTF?!?!!! He was obviously lying to his boss to cover his mistake in damaging my temperature sensor. Do yourself, your wallet, and your vehicle a favor and avoid this shady establishment at all costs. The place is an absolute mess and after seeing the unethical, unprofessional, and rude behavior of both the owner and his associate, I suggest finding someone else who actually knows how to repair a car and treat a customer. read more
