There are plenty of shopping options to choose from, and I appreciate the value and selection available throughout the mall. One thing I tend to avoid is purchasing from the kiosk vendors. They can be very persistent when trying to make a sale. During one visit, a vendor referred to me as "Mexican." While I wasn't personally offended, I would prefer to be addressed more professionally, such as "ma'am" or simply as a customer. The service at Victoria's Secret is always excellent. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they consistently have a great selection of clothing and perfumes that I enjoy. Overall, it's a nice mall with a good variety of stores and shopping opportunities.

During my visit there on Dec. 27th, I came in to get an adjustment on an item that I bought at one of your other locations a few days prior. At the other location, I was told that the item would have a different promotion after Christmas but they never informed me that that location was closing permanently. It wasn't until Suzie looked at the receipt that I realized that I was misinformed. After that, she apologized for the mishap and started taking care of me right away. She then enlisted John's help (The Dept. Mngr.), and he too like her was awesome! The adjustment was done and I was on my way. Suzie and John both by far exceeded all expectations and I had the best/easiest experience in your store. I will continue to shop there because of people like Suzie and John. However, these representatives are 5 stars all the way! Today, I had a good experience with Edith again! The experience was good, until I reached the representative at the register. A totally different person, who was rude and not helpful! I explained to her that I had two rewards yesterday, and I only used one of them, so I should still have one left. She sort of snapped at me and told me that it might have expired. Additionally, she gave me the wrong # to contact when I asked for customer service. She gave me the credit card line (1-800-888-4163), when I needed Lane Bryant's customer service (1-866-681-1746). That sent me on a whole different rabbit hole experience! Online it listed: (1-866-886-4731). The supervisor claimed she couldn't hear me. I had to call about six different times to several different phone numbers before arriving at the correct place, which ended up being a total waste of time! The representatives on the phone were not helpful either. It is a shame that the negative experience really outweighed the positive.

I did not know Lane Bryant actually measures and assisted me with finding these two bras that are so comfortable. Not to mention the fact that these bras make me feel like a woman and a little extra sexy. Ms. Edith was such a delight and so welcoming. She instantly greeted me and asked if she could assist me in finding anything. She went straight to work in finding these two bras and they worked perfectly. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes (after looking around at other clothes). The store is clean & super organized. There is plenty of free and safe parking and the location is easy to find across from the mall.
