I had work during the week and completely forgot to follow-up with them for a time to bring in the item to get embossed. I called on a Thursday, close to their closing time and asked to drop off the following day and pick up on Saturday. Unfortunately, I was told that they close on the weekends. However, the owner mentioned he could do it the next day, if I brought in the item. He conversed with me over text to show me the different typefaces they offer and made sure that the embossing set up was ready for when I came in. After reviewing the photo files, they suggested me to go with what was called the "artist" paper (I believe), the finish had an elegant satin touch to it, not too reflective for display. My photos were mostly black and white, had a lot of grey tones, I was very worried about the grey areas may show banding or not looking smooth...however the finished product was perfect! Even looking very closely, I can not see any banding, they looked super professional and true to screen-viewing. I am extremely satisfied with Nikos Media's high printing quality!
