When I got the estimate I almost choked at the price, and knew right away that I needed to get at least two other estimates. It occurred to me that realtors probably run into this issue with clients, and would likely have some experience with companies, so I called two friends who are realtors in totally different areas of the city. Both immediately recommended Bone-Dry, so I didn't seek out a second estimate. Bryan's estimate was about a third of my original estimate, and didn't involve the use of sump pumps, which I've heard nightmares about from others. The original estimate included the use of two of them. I couldn't be happier with the results. The work was done in August, and I've not seen so much as a drop of water since. And I've never seen such a hard working crew as those that did my job. They were here for two days, and they never stopped working at all except for about a 30-minute lunch break.
