Minor's Fences. An appropriate name for a minor league fencing company. The people that live next…read moredoor to me have had a Minor's Fence since prior to us moving in more than 4 years ago. They recently had their property surveyed and it revealed that they had a little bit more room on either side of the fence and they wanted to push it out. In planning for that, the folks on the other side of them decided to have Minor's come and match the fence on their property as well. Minor's did not put the side down where those two properties met, for it was two different projects; placing the one fence and moving the other one out. My household had been planning on getting a fence as well, but we don't like the people next to us and were looking at a privacy fence in lieu of the one that would match the other two. Having Minor's out there already and being somewhat local, my wife reached out. They never returned her call. Strike one. It took over a month for them to complete both yards of fencing. Even though they are both the same kinds of fence, the 4 panels across with the chicken wire filling in, the parts where everything connects does not match on either property. Envision an elementary art project where the teacher opens the supply cabinet and the kids can use whatever they want. That is what the fences look like with sides raised and panels not flush. Strike two. In waiting for both yards to be done, we had DanDale come out and put up our privacy fence within 10 days of us initially sitting down and figuring things out. Phenomenal job from start to finish. The part that aggravates the mess out of me is the boundary was still marked from the survey. Our fence was set back six inches from the stakes that are still down. Minor's totally disregarded that line and booped the people next door's fence right up against our brand new fence. Strike three. They did this without any sort of discussion with us and damaged our fence in the process. All the different things they put on their website and they don't contact you back, perform shoddy work, and break all types of licensing rules crossing boundary lines. Go with someone like Minor's and you are always waiting for a call up. DanDale is the major league when it comes to fencing.

No response. On 8-13, I called the office again. April acknowledged receiving my email and forwarding it to service manager Jacob (without acknowledging or responding to my email). She said she was sending it to him again. As of today (8-21) guess who hasn't contacted me? Yep, the service manager or anybody else.
