I ordered boots from PX Supply but before ordering my boots I read the reviews and it stated to order one size smaller which I did but it still was bigger then expected so I gave them a call and asked if I could exchange them for a smaller size. I also needed it to be expedited once they received it because I was leaving for training in about 2 weeks. Obviously, it would all depend on when I ship it and when they receive it so I paid for two day shipping - I'm from Hawaii and things always get delayed. Once I got the notification that my boots were received on their end I gave them two business days to make a move before I called for a status update. My boots were shipped I received them on time and it was expedited as promised by Arne. About a week later and just having been indoors, the left sole of my boot started to come apart, within a week I sent them 2 emails along with proof. I hadn't received a response so I gave them a call. Arne answered once again and he was phenomenal during both situations. He acted immediately and kept his word on the timeframe and gave good instructions on the shipment procedures for when I did my exchange. If it were not for his response to customer service this would have been a bad review because the boots definitely did not hold up but I was taken care of within a reasonable timeframe for the situation given. Thank you Arne! Happy customer. Recommend updating the email address on your website.
