We actually specifically went here to look for meatballs that they were sold out of in the Chicago Costco while visiting family out there , but they did not have them here in Indiana either. We did find them when we got back home to our local warehouse in PA. I love Costco and we can always find something to buy there. We got gas at this Costco in Indiana, specifically because the state of Indiana has dropped their gas tax because the prices are SO high right now, and we were able to get gas here for $3.19! Here in Pennsylvania it was a dollar more per gallon!!! Just like all Costco's this one has a very large parking lot and it's located kind of back in a business park off of the main highway. We definitely had to use our GPS to find it. I am actually going to stop back here and pick up a birthday cake on my way to Michigan over the Fourth of July. So that is the convenience of Costco. I can order a birthday cake online and swing by this Costco in Indiana instead of carrying the cake, the whole way from PA to Michigan

I have returned a bed, am stuck with about $100 in food that is horrible so far (avoid the macarons) and I will NEVER step foot in that store for any reason or any other location. There is A LOT more to this but if you don't want inconstant customer or food items that are frankly overpriced I'd avoid Costco. I plan to do so. TY PS I was a member for 10 days. I returned the bed within two days and I got confirmation on replacement from their competitor under the warranty from Serta Beautyrest a brand I trust. And had I had confirmation for that the night that I got the membership, I would not have been a member for more than approximately 12 hours before returning the bed and returning the membership. So I lasted 10 days and good riddance. Thank you again.

For reason he kept skipping me for my order kept serving other people that were after me. As I tried to be nice asking him if he knew how much time he had a rude attitude and answer. Unfortunately he didn't have a name tag but he was African American and making the pizzas.

I explained that I had been promised twice and it was terrible customer service to promise this and then not follow through. He guaranteed me a refund. 2 hours later ... I get an email my requested was denied. So I am on the phone for the 4th time trying to get my refund. At this point, I am extremely mad. So when I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was told that she would put in the request for the refund again. It isnt a request at this point, its a demand. I have now been on hold for a supervisor for 20 mins. After 5 years of pick up orders, I complain 1 time ang get the run around. I was just told that because I have been denied for a refund already they can only do a promo code $25 off $45. Bye bye Walmart.
