I thought maybe I would be embarrassed (given the circumstances of getting a bit personal), but she honestly made it to where I never even thought about it. I was stiff in my neck, shoulders and lower back. She did a good job on the neck and shoulders but not so much on the lower back. It was a full body massage but she missed the feet completely. Maybe that's not part of their massage. Not sure but she was good overall with medium/firm pressure. As for the facial, it was good but not great for my husband. He still had some blackheads showing on his nose that I'd have liked for them to clear as part of the facial. He even paid $20 extra for some upgrade as part of his facial but I still wasn't impressed with the results. I've seen better results for him with other facials. Overall, I think they are good but not great with both facials and massages. The facility is nice and clean from the inside and they are taking COVID precautions. Everyone was wearing a mask.
