I am surprised at how this place functions. We sat down around 6 pm (place was empty) to order only hookah and it took them a good 20 minutes to come take our order. After that we waited even longer for them to actually bring it. I don't know who trained these people but they do not know how to pack. There was too much water and the flavor was whatever. We decided to order something small to eat and drink and was even more disappointed at how long that took. I asked to order creme brulee and a coffee and was told they were out of creme brulee.....then maybe mark it on your menu or take it off. One thing that made me the most mad was that we were sitting in the back and NO WAITER COMES IN THAT AREA. Time and time again we had to get up and signal for them to come. Super disappointing, very very bad service and overall quality was so poor you're better off smoking hookah at home. read more

This place saved our evening after a disappointing experience at the hip rooftop across the street. After a quick search we decided to give it a try. The service was great -- everyone we interacted with, from the receptionist to the bartender, was fun and friendly and helped us feel like locals. If I can give this place no stars I would. This was my second time being here and probably my last. I arrived around 9pm and asked the front lady table for three and she told us it's a 30 minute wait. Fine cool well wait (me and 2 friends). As we're waiting two girls walked in who one of them whispered "I look 21 right" and walked straight to the security guard and talked to him and he let them in. Then as we're waiting we noticed groups who are leaving which means tables are getting open. While we're waiting my friends and I decide to take pics to kill time we took pics and the front lady came up to us and said your table is ready. (Waited about 35 mins) We got seated and waited for our waiter to come by and take our order. My friends and I already knew what we wanted. Our waiter came about ten mins later after being seated. We order guacamole, a soda, and 2 fruit drinks and a hookah and water to start. That same waiter went to other tables and took orders and we noticed every other table was getting their order. The table behind us legit got our drinks and now we've been sitting for almost 20 mins with nothing on our table. I told the guy who passed by like excuse me is there a way you can ask where our order is we don't even have water on the table. The waiter comes back I ask her and the most she can say is "If you write me a good Yelp I'll take the drinks off the bill" Okay fair enough we'll wait. We got our drink and guacamole and still no hookah. It's not 10:50 and at this point we finished our drinks and guacamole I ask the waiter to come back because now it's just unfair everyone is getting their things but us. I ask for the bill and she sends someone else over. He had the audacity to tell us we got seated at 10:22 and that we exaggerated the time. My friend remembered she had a time stamp of when we took pics that's when we got seated and showed him to prove he was lying. The picture showed it was taking at 9:35 PM not 10:22PM. And on top of that they didn't take the drinks off the bill like she mentioned so when we told the guy he's like oh sorry forgot. Horrible experience. And if I can say anything if you're not Armenian they will not treat you right. Everyone who was got their orders before us and we were getting looked at very rudely. So definitely don't recommend this place. read more

Went here for a girls night. Our server (Rachel, I think that was her name) was great. Very attentive and on top of it. The hookah here is amazing. As for food, the braised beef sandwich and chicken sandwich are delicious. I also recommend the cheeseboard. This is a hookah spot I will definitely be going to again read more

First time at this lounge after it was recommended by a friend of mine that lives in Glendale. I was pleasantly surprised to hear they'd be open on 4th of July as I had not made other plans. The staff was fantastic and the food was amazing. We started with their signature fries and I ordered their lamb, rare. SO good! It's always so great to come to a hookah lounge that also serves fantastic food! The server suggested I try a cocktail off their Summer Specials, the Mexican Mule, which was delicious! It's an elevated Mexican mule as it was made with Kombucha instead of ginger beer! Five stars for this great location. Highly recommend! read more

My first time here , they told me it's a good place for hookah, ok we come in we sit the hookah is 2out of 10 burns after 10 min , the food is okay , we ask for Brussels sprouts she says they are out we ask for 805 beer she says they are out , we eat and want to order dessert she says they are out of everything except tiramisue, um you have 6 options and you are out of 5 of them on a Monday ?? That should be your delivery day if this was on a Saturday night I would be ok and say it's okay they been busy but on a Monday night ? You are out of 7 things on your menu? And the waitress says sorry usually we are out of stuff on Sundays and Mondays , I mean the place is nice and if you guys want people to come in and spend money you should have a better management, make sure you guys can handle the load , I am a restaurant owner my self and really hard in this days to survive but to be out of stuff that's not an excuse read more

I honestly really love this place the food is great the hookah is really good I absolutely love their drinks but I don't go here often and I probably won't go here often because the seating is so uncomfortable. The metal chairs and the tables are so uncomfortable the height difference you don't even have room to cross your legs if you want to and I'm pretty short so I can only imagine how much it sucks for taller people. I would really consider coming here regularly if they would change their chairs and tables. I felt like I really needed to write that in my review even though they deserve full five stars for the service the food and the drinks. read more

My first time going out since covid so I went to G Lounge thinking this would be a fun night with my boyfriend but I was far mistaken. I was completely appalled by the lack of care of covid requirements. I don't know who they are having write their reviews saying covid requirements are being followed because they are definitely not the whole place was full, there was no social distancing, people were coming in and out without masks on, and staff was not wearing masks and if they were they were not properly wearing them. It is completely upsetting that this establishment has no regards for any of the covid guidelines. Do not waste your time here service was also terrible. We had about 4 different waiters and we kept having to ask where things were. read more
