One of my favorite places to hang out, have a business meeting, go on a date, or simply unwind with a good cigar. Irana and Gerren always make me feel like family. Their hospitality is genuine, and they have created an environment that is welcoming, comfortable, and easy to enjoy. Everything I have ordered has been delicious. I also appreciate that I can bring and enjoy my own cigars while spending time there. If you come at the right time, you'll be treated to a beautiful sunset and then get to watch the moon rise, which makes for a pretty special evening. One of the underrated perks is the abundance of free street parking. It may seem like a small thing, but it makes visiting easy and stress-free. There are plenty of places to eat, drink, or smoke a cigar. What keeps me coming back here is how they make people feel. Every time I visit, I feel welcomed, appreciated, and at home. read more

Warning to anyone planning to visit MYA Rooftop: Do yourself a favor and DO NOT use The Glenmark Hotel's valet parking. After leaving my car with the valet, my watch and bracelet went missing. What made the situation even worse was how hotel management handled it. Instead of taking the matter seriously, they initially gave me incorrect information, questioned my honesty, and only later admitted they had reviewed the wrong vehicle footage. At no point did I feel they accepted responsibility or genuinely tried to help. Based on my experience, I would never trust this valet service again. If you're visiting MYA Rooftop, park somewhere else and avoid the risk. I wouldn't want anyone else to go through what I did. read more

I had such a wonderful experience here!! I came around sunset, so it was a vibe! The views were unmatched. The service was excellent. Everything was clean and spotless. The drinks were perfect. I had the strawberry margarita and my friend had the strawberry lychee martini. 10/10. We came here for a quick bite and got the geisha roll and grilled prawns. So yesterday I went with a couple of my friends for my birthday. The place was nice and it had a good vibe and good music in the background. We had a party of 8 I really want to thank the host she sat us at the couches since it was a bigger party instead of the regular tables. The main problem was the waiter Garen A. we got our drinks and waited a while to get our main orders taken then it's like I ordered something and was about to walk away without asking what the other 7 people wanted to eat he kinda had an attitude. So he was the main problem of the night. The food was good I had sushi. Another thing we didn't know is that they charged us for water. I personally won't come back for a very long time. I love this place! Its very nice and intimate.. perfect for catching up with friends since it's not too loud and you can actually hear each other. The food was great. We ordered the short rib beef sliders, bluefin tuna sashimi and a yellowtail roll and the sliders were definitely our favorite.. really, really good. They were also very accommodating with my mocktail request and made me a delicious one. The service was amazing as well. Great views up here 360° around and sunset was amazing. Expensive to park $15 but free in the street if you can find a spot and walk. Very nice restaurant and good food, but the prices are extremely high. The hostesses were gorgeous sweet women and the waiters were nice. We had like four different men coming to out table for different things. They have a place to take photos where you look like you have wings. I got the steak and it was delicious. Some patrons near us were obnoxious and loud so we left quickly after dinner. Huge Bar downstairs with so many bottles!!! Nice parking attendant helped us get a close handicapped spot bit still cost us $15. read more

The rooftop is adorned with heat lamps for warmth, making it a cozy spot to enjoy the views. The decor is very comfy with options for lounge chairs/couches and table top seating. The bathrooms, conveniently located just one floor down, were impeccably clean and well-stocked. The food was visually appealing, and I tried the Seabass, which, while a bit bland on its own, was transformed by a delicious sauce underneath--it was phenomenal when paired together, especially alongside the perfectly cooked asparagus. I tried both the lobster tacos and short rib tacos, and they were very meaty and equally good in their own unique ways. I also indulged in the tiramisu, which was nice, though you definitely don't need to try it--just trust me! Side Note: although I did not try it, friends raved about the Himalayan Salt Sushi Platter. Their drinks were strong, delicious, and beautifully presented. I had the Raspberry Romance cocktail, which tasted like a decadent chocolate raspberry (very rich in flavor). Others in my party strongly recommend the Blueberry Dream and the Apricot Mountain as equally delicious and potent options. Unfortunately, I didn't get pictures of all the food. I was too busy eating. The service was impressively quick and friendly, even with our large group; all our food arrived at the perfect temperature and in a timely manner. I went to celebrate a graduation of a friend. Disclaimer: The review about the food might not be the same if you sat as a regular guest. Parking was easy on the streets and after getting to the elevator through a busy reception area with kids running around, we were greater by wonderful staff. The rooftop had beautiful views of the city of Glendale and one could guess the sea on the West. The servers were all very friendly and the bar served wonderful drinks. The appetizers were good ( brisket sliders, crispy sushi..) but as expected from a busy roof top located in a hotel, it certainly does not count as a foodie destination. The sushi spread that was offered later was average and the mains( chicken, beef slices, veggies) were nothing to write home about. A generous four stars for the atmosphere, the views and the friendliness of the staff. I would return to sit down, relax , have a drink and enjoy the views and the music. read more

I had made a reservation with my best friend to celebrate my birthday. I specifically asked in my reservation to sit next to the window. When we arrived there was another party in front of us that did not have reservations. When they were seated they asked to be seated next to a window. Without having a reservation. When it was our turn they proceeded to try to sit us in the center of the restaurant. I told her I specifically reserved the window table. The hostess said that there is none available. I said yes I know because the one I reserved you gave it to the party ahead of us that did not have a reservation. (Mind you they were friends). She then made us wait 10 min to see if there was something management can do. She came back and said unfortunately we can't do anything. So for the inconvenience of me having to lose my table that I reserved to the party that did not have a reservation I asked them can we then take the couch for the inconvenience. She said those are only for reservations. I told her I made one and you gave my table away. Then she proceeded to say that they don't reserve tables. So after going back and forth with them, another hostess came and made it right by quickly getting a table ready next to the window for us. Our reservation was at 9pm. We didn't sit until 9:45pm. So it looks like this place (after always highly recommending this restaurant to all my friends and family) doesn't need a reservation that you can just walk in and take another persons table that they reserved. I work with a large company that we often go have hookah after work and this was one place we would come to. But I don't think I will be returning unless the hostess change. Only reason for the 2 stars was our waiter Isaac was extremely nice after everything that happened. read more

Came up here for a late night drink when my family was in town staying here. The vibe is pretty chill and the views are pretty good. The service was pretty friendly, especially since they were almost closing and they were so nice to serve us. Didn't order any food on this visit because we just had eaten dinner, but wanted to try one of their fun cocktails. I ended up ordering a Passion De Cana which was pretty good.
