This was an extremely expensive project. I could have definitely found a less expensive company…read more I chose this company on the word that the work would be done professionally and in a timely manner. I had water issues due to grading of the backyard so this was the strongest reasons to do the project. Below you will see the photos. It has been 2 years since it was completed It actually took from June to October to complete. They used a preexisting pipe. You can see it is big and bowed. It is completely useless for getting water through. For all the money and work It took, why wouldn't that just be replaced? To redo it I will have to remove the steps that were put in. We are talking another 4k. You can see in the photos were the mortar between the stones is gone. My personal favorite is the sloppy cement near the drain. This was to take 2 permits. One for drainage and one for the actual patio work. There was not drainage permit put in with the town and the patio was not approved because it was not up to plan. Communication was definitely lacking. For the over 6k price tag, I expected better work and warranty.

The first time I talked to Sal, he understood what I was going through. He said 9 out of 10 landscapers are just running weekend operations whereas he runs a 7 day operation with multiple crews.
