Dope people who know how to cut hair but damn. I waited an hour and a half in line only for the lady in there to take a person who walked in well after me, and when he said I think he was here first she just shrugged and told him to sit. I've never had a bad experience here, especially for the price, but that's no way to treat a returning customer. They lack customer service and basic people skills and it shows. Came to visit lanscaster last month, brought my 7 year old son here to get his hair cut, my son loved his hair cut. He got a mowhawk with a design on the side. We're back in Lancaster visiting for easter and had to bring my son in again for his hair cut and once again we were very happy with the experience. Great locally owned shop. Nice people. Great prices. I live out of the area but when we're here I like to take my son here because they are thorough and make sure his hair looks good from all angles.
