I purchased a dash cam from Amazon and needed it hardwired, I could have done it at home but did not have the right tools to have it connected to the fuse box. To make my life easier I started calling different stores to see if they could connect it for me, most places told me that they would only connect it for me if I purchased the camera from them. Another place said they don't offer such service. So I was kind of giving up. I found G sound on Yelp and said I'll try my luck. And yes I got lucky, I believe it was the owner that I spoke to, told him over the phone what I needed and told me that he is free now if I want to bring my car in. His staff took care of me and made the hardwiring look so easy, quick and professional work that took no longer than an hour. Labor fee was not bad at all for the professional work they did. I purchased a used 2017 Civic for the sole purpose of being a commuter car but also advertisement. Planning on having it wrapped and add some nice wheels and a stereo system over the stock crap. So I added the wheels first, perfect then the system. Nightmare. The vehicle had the stock speakers replaced with Focal speakers which are good quality equipment. But the stereo sounded like crap. So I took it to a shop in Fontana and they said they needed to tune it and added a Fosgate P3 Sub. It sounded a little better but I think it was just the added base that. Was compensating for the miss and highs. Not happy with their work I went to another place. G Sound Car Audio which happens to be 2 miles from my shop. I spoke with Jesse the owner and he listened to what I had and made a few recommendation. Boom what a difference in the tuning he did and we did ad a separate amp for the sub alone. This thing sounds great and his prices are on point. He knows what he's doing for sure and is extremely good at it. Still owe me $500 from 2019. Remember when you crashed my truck and then ghosted me? I do. This place sucks, they had an un licensed person drive my truck around back and he crashed my truck. Damaged the headlight and some minor body damage. They wanted to fix it themselves. I said no thanks, I want to go through my insurance. I used to go to a different audio shop and I had a problem with my left front speaker it kept going out every week, every audio shop I went to said I need to change my radio, I was young and they took advantage didn't even bother checking the wires, checking for any shorts. I went to G Sound to get a backup camera for my car. They took everything out of my car to put it in and when they gave me my car back my battery charger for my clippers was missing. I talked to the owner about it and he said that they put everything back in my car. Well they didn't cause I still don't have my charger I need the charger to charge my clippers. I even went into the shop and showed him the charger from a picture online he said he would get back to me about well I haven't heard from him yet and it's been 4 or 5 months now maybe longer. I purchased an amplifier from this store. About a week after it was installed I noticed that the sound volume is not right. I informed Jesse and they did a quick fix. But the same problem has been occurring until it finally gave up. So the one they gave me was defective. Jesse said he will replace the product and he will order it since it was still under warranty. But it seems like he is trying to get out of that responsibility. He kept on giving me a lot of excuses saying that it hasn't come in yet. I pulled up in my 100k Audi s7 parked legally walked to the front door and somebody bin their Jeep pulled up parked illegally and walked in before me the guy working there didn't get his name literally payed me no attention ..
