He noticed me outside, came over to ask if I had been helped, and personally invited me to pull my truck into the shop. I showed him a minor scratch on the driver's side door, and he immediately called one of his technicians to take a look. Within minutes, the team got to work. Two or three technicians came over to help, and everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to assist. The technician I remember by name, Chino, did an excellent job. They carefully cleaned and buffed the scratch, and to my surprise, they were able to remove it completely. What impressed me the most was their honesty. Many shops would have told me the entire door needed to be repainted, potentially costing thousands of dollars. Instead, Albino and his team took the time to evaluate the damage, fixed only what was needed, and had my truck looking great again. While the work was being done, Albino was friendly and easy to talk to, making the entire experience even better. It's nice to find a business that values honesty, quality work, and great customer service. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for trustworthy, skilled professionals. They told me they were confident they could just buff it out, and they did. *Free of charge.* And it looked nearly perfect. When I insisted I pay them, they said just come back to us if anything worse happens in the future. Well, a couple months ago something worse happened, pretty much in the same exact spot, so guess where I took my car? The work was, once again, nearly perfect. The staff was friendly. No hassling. Had my car done when promised. And it was all clean and waxed when I picked it up. Definitely will come back to WW for any future body work!
