I purchased a ford escape and it has 40,000 miles and it has been in there shop seven times. they returned my suv with the plastic shield hanging down and there mechanic destroyed this shield because they drove it with this shield hanging down. Gstone motor replaced the motor "so they said" and the suv has a blown motor again after driving it 11 miles. Trudy ( there shop manager) said it was because "we" did not change the oil. I paid $4000 for the extended warranty when I purchased this vehicle and now because Trudy was not honest my warranty has been denied. how does a new motor seize after driving it 11 miles? And why the hell would it need the oil changed two days after a new motor was installed BUYER BE AWARE this is a horrible dealership please stay clear read more

Horrible at getting back to you when you have problems with a vehicle you purchased and have warranty on and its really crazy because they are really nice when you are buying a car but as soon as they have sold the car and warranty they do not stand by anything warranty wise that they sell you as soon as you drive off the lot anything that goes wrong is operator error not bad parts or anything they should be responsible for don't believe but a car and see how you get treated read more

If you have a new model Ford I'm sure they might be able to help. The mechanic don't appear to be able to work on anything outside of that. The front staff are unhelpful, and don't return phone calls as promised. Strange that they are a place listed on AAA to tow your car to. Will be reporting my experience to AAA. read more

Gave me an estimate to paint my truck at stones for $9,500, had it for 5 months and ended up charging me $15,000 and it was the worst paint job I've ever seen, had scratches all over it. The owner told me he'd make it right and still charged me full price for a spray in bed liner that he said he'd help me out with. Not impressed. Just don't look at it up close. From my first fusion and was still under warranty but warranty was going to end 30 days later and they basically said it was due to to much transmission fluid and that it was fixed but 45 days later my transmission was still leaking and when I brought it back in my warranty was over and they then told. heard from a gentleman with stage 4 lung cancer that Todd Stone told him today to take his car and get the F&&k out because he feels this man lied to the insurance company after an accident in the parking lot involving a stones employee.
