They have always treated me well.I've not always been able to fix the issue that I was having because it was computer problems. Even though they spent time on the vehicle.They did not charge me for what they couldn't fix. Mike is very fair and very reasonable and because some really great mechanics. And I am a good judge of that. Because I am a mechanic myself. I am just disabled and unable to do what I love. Michael also let you know Michael also, let you know, if the car is not really worth the money to put into it, he will let that decision be yours. They are real people here and won't steer you wrong. I have only had one issue just had the time to bring it back to correct the problem Mike and his son Shane were not working that day to address the issue and still haven't. My car 97 Oldsmobile Aurora is a bit of a pain to work on even the window regulator I had them install as there are 3 different positions to mount it and only one is correct. mikes towed a car for my father after an accident. while at Mikes the car had two snow tires stolen by them and replaced with worn summer tires. I did not notice it until the veh. was towed to my residence and i noticed that the two tires on drivers side were not snow tires!!! after many phone calls they finally dropped off the tires. They did not even offer to remount and install them on the vehicle. Now we have to pay to have them installed. When snow tires were dropped off a car pulled in the yard drop and ran. No contact was made by them!! NOTE also that mikes works with the state police to recover vehicles after an accident. I would not trust them or recommend them to anyone!!!!! These past reviews must have been written by family members! I had a dead battery in Middlebury during a work day. First the guy who came to jump my car arrived with a dead charger and I should have known. I was afraid that I would go to my next stop and need another charge so I decided to buy a new battery from Mikes (wrong decision). After all is said and done I paid $185 and I get on the road and find that I no longer have access to my radio.I call Mikes and oh yes a code has to to be put in and if I want to turn around they will try to figure it out. After spending $185 they couldn't even mention that I wouldn't have radio, couldn't plug in my phone for google maps, couldn't change the clock for correct time. $185. Run, don't walk away from this place. read more
