I was told my backdrop couldn't be done in two days, I was told that my image's resolution was too small, and other printing shops never responded. Z from RedDot Printing responds within minutes. He told me the same thing about my backdrop's resolution being to low for a huge printout, but what set him apart was that he took the time send me an email on how fix it so that he can print it. Once I fixed the image with his advice he said, "I can get that done in two days." and he delivered! I placed the order midday on a Wednesday and it was ready for pickup by 2:00PM on Friday. Pick up was seamless. He knew exactly who I was without introducing myself, he was friendly, full of personality, and so sweet. He unrolled the backdrop to show me his work and it was PERFECT! His price was cheaper than I imagined especially since this was a last minute request. I knew that I placed this order last minute and I knew I was an amateur with the design, but Z made my vision into reality. Z, thank you so much for everything. Your work is impeccable! Pricing was fair: paid a diagnostic fee to find the problem, then $130 to fix everything. Other shops quoted me way higher just to look at it. No upselling, just honest work. Instead, I was repeatedly told it would be ready "tomorrow"--first Friday, then Monday, then Tuesday. After nearly a week with no answers, I had to return and insist on getting my computer back because they still had not completed the diagnostic. Despite keeping my laptop for almost seven days, they provided no diagnostic whatsoever and refused to refund the $90 diagnostic fee. I essentially paid $90 for them to hold onto my computer without performing the service I paid for. To make matters worse, when my MacBook was finally returned, I discovered a large dent on the back that was not there when I dropped it off. The communication was poor, the customer service was unacceptable, and I left feeling completely taken advantage of. I will be filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the appropriate Orange County consumer protection agencies regarding my experience. I would strongly encourage anyone considering this business to think carefully before leaving their computer here. My experience was that they kept my laptop for nearly a week, failed to provide the diagnostic I paid for, refused to refund my money, and returned my computer in worse physical condition than when I dropped it off.

The cost of the screen replacement was lower than I was expecting based off what I was reading online for other stores. I also want to commend him for his honesty: after I told him about the problem my Nintendo Switch was having, he explained that he might be able to fix the GPU problem, but he wasn't comfortable doing so and taking my money when it may run into the same problem again in a few days or weeks. I highly recommend having your electronics repaired here and will definitely be taking any future electronics to him for fixing!

I got a quote 10 minutes later and they say they can have it delivered to my house by Friday! How is this possible?! Wednesday morning, I email them what I need printed thinking there's just no way they can fulfill their promise. By Friday at 3:00 pm, I received the order at my doorstep. I was shocked! Surely the quality would be sub-par as nothing can be done this fast, right? Nope! I opened the box and the 250 booklets I ordered were amazing! Extremely professional looking! I couldn't believe it. They have a customer for life. Don't waste your money going anywhere else.
