I came in Thursday and she said it's not ready because she thought it was Friday so she promised me that it will be done by Friday. When I came on Friday night (she said she will be closing the store at 6:30 so I called her at 5:45pm saying I will be there in 10min), she said she left the parka with another store so come to the back door to pick them up. When I got there, the parkas were put in a box sitting outside of the store under the bush, anyone can come and grab them. Then when I checked the works, she had one of the parka embroidered in the wrong font completely. I paid over $100 to get these embroidery done and this service is so bad. I would not recommend this to anyone.

I brought in the actual sweater when I received it and came by the store to drop off the info of what I wanted on the sweater. I did not get the the female that was working the front but she was very friendly with helping me on the sizing and placement of the dogs face and name for the sleeve. Overall, everything was speedy,efficient, and they were communicating to me (Kenny) via email throughout the entire process to make sure things were good to move on to embroider onto the sweater. It's hard to find a place that will do one piece item, a lot of places I reached out to required a minimum __ pieces and up . I will definitely be back, they did such a great job, my friend really loved her birthday gift !

Idiot 6:24pm: How about you go open a shop yourself if you're so unsatisfied. Put in some work instead of trying to jump on everyone else's production 6:33pm: Delete it and I'll give another opportunity. That's my offer. Well plugin your website even though it's 30-40pcs a month. Thats my offer. At this point, I blocked this number. I don't understand why a company that's based around manufacturing goods for customers and offering white label services would be insulted by someone looking to "jump on everyone else's production" is beyond me. Manufacturing for other people is literally their business model. Background info: I originally contacted this business around 6 months ago to find a local manufacturer to fill a need. I do my own US manufacturing, but sometimes I need extra help with items I can't do. I spoke with Chandler, the owner who I believe was texting the vile things since that's the same number he texted me from previously. - In September 2025, he invited me to join the portal based on my needs that I discussed with him and said that it would be up in 2-3 weeks. In October, I checked in again....no response. - In November, I checked in again....Zach Connor say's they're overwhelmed with holiday order and the portal will be public in January. - In January, I check in and Zach sends me some pricing sheets. I ask about the process to place the orders....no response. - On March 16, I call the business number and Chandler explains that I'm too small of a business to work with them. Had I known that from the beginning, I wouldn't have even bothered following up. I posted the review so that other potential customers wouldn't go through the same process of being strung along for months without information. Instead of replying appropriately, I get called homophobic slurs, insulted, and told to bugger off before an attempt to bribe away my review. I would never do business with this company and I just want anyone that does to know what kind of people run it. If you're okay with giving money to someone that calls potential clients "faggot" or "idiot" and insults them for attempting to hire them for manufacturing, then I wish you the best of luck when you have to deal with the fallout after something upsets their owner.

The finished tint looks great, and the front windows are dark enough for the privacy I wanted without going overboard. While I was there, Steve also repaired some curb rash on one of my wheels. I know it's not a massive order, but it felt like I constantly had to follow up just to get a simple proof so I could move forward. I wasn't in a rush and was willing to wait, but after a month of back-and-forth with no real progress, I eventually gave up and went with another company. I found this print house through a friend who is a long time customer of No Division and told me many great things about this place. I started ordering tee shirts from No Division in 2015. They are a quality print house and also do graphic designs for you if you need them. Everybody in the company is very hard working. they are also very professional and they go above and beyond to make sure that you are satisfied with your order. Being the coach of Wilson High School's Surf Team I have worked with several print companies to create our "Spirit Wear" and Team Shirts. Compared to all those other companies this was a breeze. Yikes! I know. I had a series of unlucky run-ins with printers locally and as far as Burbank and none of them stood up to what I was looking for. Sigh. In comes LA Print and Design. When I met with Christian I made it very clear that I was probably more picky and paid closer attention to detail than most. He didn't even hesitate and was super helpful the entire process through. He made recommendations on more affordable garment companies, design, and was overall helpful through and through. Lets talk about turnaround. Quickest I've experienced with any t-shirt silkscreening company. I've waited as long as two months for orders as small as 50 shirts before -- nightmare. I was relieved they were able to get my order done in weeks vs months. The price, super affordable and happy to be a repeat customer because of the close personal attention to detail and quality service. I wasn't positive on the shade of pink I wanted on a particular girls shirt and Christian kept me updated via text with pictures, about the process, timeline, etc. I definitely appreciated this A LOT. All other printers before LA Print and Design made assumptions about certain things like this then expected me to be happy with the end result. They didn't understand I was super particular because the shirts were a direct reflection of my newly started brand. While it became clear that some of my previous printers were limited on capability, over charging for services and were only used to printing promotional shirts -- these guys were a true relief and handled my order perfectly start to finish. First I drive 45 mins to this place and when entering was awkward and there was one girl in there that didn't say much of anything to me. I finally talked to the head printer and explained what I wanted and he said to email everything to get a quote. Wish he worked with me there since I drove so long. So i had 2 styles of shirts that printed on really good quality tees (la apparel) and trusted their 5 star history, one style was good but I got a style made with a small center chest print and 98% were totally off and crooked. I reached out an Chadd quickly put in another order and sent an uber to deliver which was great! I opened the box and the first 3-4 shirts looked sweet so I told him they looked great. Unfortunately, After going through the rest they were as bad as the first. Not centered, crooked, some close to the neck and some far and very inconsistent. Mind you I paid about $1,732.53 for the total order. I wasn't expecting any refund but I wish they tried to make things right. I'm a small start up and was hoping they'd throw me a bone. Maybe the printer was rushed? But both times? Na, Will not be using them again. Sorry.
