I called Bloyer, explained my situation that I essentially needed an inspection and water test ASAP. I had the buyers realtor bugging me for the report. I spoke with Chris who came out the very next morning and did the inspection. They got me the report and water sample report within a few business days. They even went out of their way to call the lab to check on the status of my samples and called me with updates because they knew the time crunch I was under. They held it for me and I drove down right away to pick it up. Upon picking it up, I was confused by the size of the box, so we opened it and, sure enough, the little part was in that big box - but it looked slightly different. She called "Dan" who explained how the WH models changed over the years, and the parts changed with it - and yes, it should work just fine. If not, they'd work with me to get it figured out.
