They Split/Ripped boards instead of just gapping them a little bit as to not have to Rip any boards. The difference between "Good" & "Great" is just that much. While the actual fence work was done efficiently & came out as we wanted, there were some communication & scheduling issues along the way. First, after waiting to hear back with our contract, we contacted them & were told that the paperwork got missed. Then when we called to find out about scheduling a work day, we were told one was already on the books without us even being consulted, which didn't work for us. Then when no workers showed during the 2 hour window (8-10a) we were given, we contacted them & were told the window moved to (11-1p) instead.
