Yesterday I had my Doodle groomed and noticed an extra charge of $20 dollars written on the bill. It said Doodle Fee. I asked the associate what that meant and she said oh it's just an extra fee for Doodles. I asked her why and she stated it's because they started getting so many in the store. So I said that makes no sense at all! It's just a grift then. She said not necessarily sometimes they are in bad shape. I said well Angus is not in bad shape. He is well taken care of and he is an easy groom. The groomer has told me that he is a very good boy and that he kisses her the entire time. I then told her there is a fee for de-matting so her explanation really makes no sense. I told her that I was not ok with paying the fee. I said I will have to take him somewhere else and she casually said "Ok". She then walked to the back and spoke to someone I guess. She didn't bring Angus and said "The Doodle fee has always been there and you just didn't see it." She also stated they went up on all their prices which I didn't care about at all. She sat there blankly staring at me and said that's the price do you want to add a tip. I was furious but I paid and left. So if you have a Doodle instead of a Poodle you should stay away from this place because I also asked if that was the case and I was told the blanket charge just applies to Doodles.

The Vet find out that was actually cancer so they need to perform surgery and save her life. The stuff manager and the vet were very nice, helpful and kind. sadly was a type of cancer that was aggressive and spread to her body and a year after a year we had to say g'bye to my baby.

As work from home people now, we have come to appreciate the convenience of the ole "Come to You" so Groom Club seemed worth a look I can say it was WONDERFUL to have two people show up who not only seemed excited about our Maltese, who was in somewhat dire need of a groom after the ghosting, but the obvious excitement and joy that they get from the work that they do. They showed up right on time, and the groom took about an hour, which is usually what you expect from a grooming. Afterwards they provide you with a before and after photo as well as an overall wellness report (They take care to make sure you don't consider this Vet Advice, but it's nice none the less) The price is a bit higher than what we were paying but I feel like the overall experience made that money well spent! We have already scheduled the next visit, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new or better groomer!

I asked for the full service, which I thought meant everything including the teeth brushing and nail grinding. It took the groomer about 45 minutes to work on my pup, and unfortunately, when our pup was finished, he looked more raggedy than he did before service. My gf emphasized the trimming of our dog's belly fur, butt fur, and fur by his joints, but apparently that's all the groomer did. He smelled fresh and his fur was fluffy, but the fur around his body was cut uneven, he still had scraggly hair in places, and it didn't smell like he had his teeth brushed. His nails were clipped, but weren't grinded and still chipped & dirty. I hope she expressed his anal gland and cleaned in his ears, but we're not even sure about that after seeing this mediocre exterior work. And all this for: $60. Complete rip-off.

I was super impressed with their consult; they assessed my dogs' personalities right away and had no problem getting them to behave on the walk.
