Neat, beautiful and super delicious!

Had a Minnie Mouse themed bday party this last Saturday. Couldn't be any more satisfied with the cake made by Gabby. She was able to make it exactly how we wanted it to be. Also, not only was it very neat and super beautiful, but all of our guests kept complimenting on how delicious it was too. Thanks again, Gabby.

How the cupcakes looked. Decent job with the fondant

I found Gabby here on yelp and I was looking for someone to make cupcakes for my sisters baby shower. I call Gabby and we arrange for a meeting to talk about what I wanted. I wanted cupcakes with a "Noah's Ark" theme ( animal faces on fondant) with fresh strawberries inside of them, she told me she was able to do that. I ordered cake pops as well to match the theme. I asked her if she had an samples of the cake that I could try and she didn't have any but reassured me that her stuff was "amazing" and I wouldn't be disappointed. I also made it clear that I needed the cupcakes by 10:30am on Sat and she said of course! Well I messaged her on Wednesday to make sure we were on schedule and she said yes of course. Well Saturday comes and it's 10:30am and hasn't shown up, I call her and she said she's on her way. She shows up 45 mins late. She doesn't apologize for being late, so I grab my cupcakes and walk away. I'm already displeased. Second the cupcakes were very small and did not have any of the fresh strawberries that was suppose to be in them, instead it was some kind of jelly and on top of that there was hardly any of the jelly inside them. The cake pops tasted like a raw dough. They were not tasty at all. I have never been so disappointed with the outcome of an order of simple cupcakes and cake pops. The only thing that she did "ok"was the presentation of the cup cakes and cake pops. They looked nice with the decorations but that was it.

I can't believe this cafe has been a block from my house for years and I've never set food inside…read moreuntil just recently!! Boy was I missing out. Both savory and sweet offerings are amazing! The pastries/sweets that I have tried are delectable- specifically, the macarons, cannoli, eclairs and cropuffs. The baked goods and sandwiches are consistent, fresh and delicious. I love the smoked salmon sandwich with egg (add bacon and avocado) which comes with a fresh side salad. My latest obsession is the poke tuna avocado toast on sourdough bread. For my supervisors going away potluck I decided to order an array of pastries and they did not disappoint.... Dubai chocolate cheesecake, Oreo croissant cheesecake, cannolis, cropuffs, etc. Service is prompt and friendly. There's adequate seating considering the space is tiny! There are about 3 moderate sized tables and a seating bar with individual stools if I recall correctly. Overall worth checking out!

we moved to the area not too long ago and saw this place come up as a recommendation. our first…read moretime here, we ordered the adobo sandwich and their biscoff cheesecake croissant. adobo sandwich: 7/10 -- waited somewhere between 10-15 minutes for this to be made. it was fresh and flavorful, however, the sandwich came with a side salad that was DRENCHED in dressing, which made the sandwich super soggy by the time we got home to eat it. biscoff cheesecake croissant: 4/10 -- the croissant was stale and hard. the only thing that saved it was the filling, although it also tasted old/stale. not too much flavor going on. we thought maybe our first time was a one-off situation since we had stopped by on a weekday around 4pm (they close at 6pm). maybe the pastry wasn't as good since we came during eod? so, we decided to give them another try since we had family in town visiting and they wanted to get coffee and treats. this time, we ordered several other items.... ube matcha latte: 6/10 -- matcha quality isn't the best, ube flavor wasn't too noticeable, and the worst part were their ice cups. the lids dont fit properly and kept spilling on all of us every time we try to take a sip. even when we added a straw, the lid kept coming undone and made such a mess strawberry matcha: 5/10 -- same as the ube matcha but the strawberry flavor was more of a let down ube croissant: 6/10 -- the ube cream was good, but what kills it is the actual croissant. the pastry itself tasted stale again, hard texture, and doesn't taste fresh my sister in law got their mango cheesecake, which i got a bite of and give that one a 8/10 -- surprisingly probably the best thing we've tried there. fruits are fresh, not to sweet, and just the right about of mango flavor with the cheesecake filling. coming from fremont, we know that we were spoiled with so many pastry spots out there. maybe our standards were high, but giving this place two chances and both times the croissants tasted stale and hard? disappointing. especially, when they cost between $8-$10 each /:

They said 'yeah' to my request to add a paleta and when they got back to the counter they just tossed my paleta like it was such a big request. Its out first time coming here too and I was really excited to try it but this whole encounter just ruined it for us and it didn't even matter if the products was good. Its just so unacceptable to have an attitude just because we don't speak Spanish and was practically rushed out.

It's right next to Enterprise rentals, so there's a pretty big lot to park in behind the building if you can't find parking right in front. There are a few booths inside to enjoy your treats, but TBH I found it a little bit of a headache with all the lights flashing. They have 3 entrance/exit doors so that's confusing. You order on one side of the business and then pay on the complete other side lol They only have TV menus but the menus change from slide to slide, so you have to sit there and watch the TV go through its rounds. I prefer a stationary menu but there were no physical menu boards or anything other than 1 TV. If you're no familiar with Mexican snacks and treats, you may struggle as nothing has a description and not every employee is able to speak English well. Have some patience and google translate on hand if you don't speak any espanol. It's worth the treat!! I love bionicos! It's basically mixed fruit in a sweet cream, with a sprinkling of shredded coconut, granola, sometimes raisins. I'm a little picky though and the one fruit they love to add in is papaya so I always ask to leave it out. Other than papaya, they usually will have bananas, apples, strawberries and cantaloupe in the mix. You can get it as is, or with a scoop of ice cream. They have so many delicious flavors so I had to get a scoop of cheesecake ice cream on top. The cheesecake chunks sold me! They have such a great selection of ice cream, paletas, agua frescas, mangonadas and even savory treats too! Hot cheetos with cheese, I'm coming for you next time!
