He came out to my historic home in the heights in Newburgh, and immediately corrected my thinking on my existing yankee gutters. He went up on the roof when I wasn't there, and cleared the leaves that were likely causing the water build up in them. I have an unrelated roofing issue that he explained in great detail via video and photos to my email. Being in construction myself, I was very, very pleased with his response, explanation, and overall professionalism.
