I came here hopeful but left somewhat disappointed. No one greeted me at all and I had to find someone to help me. Beyond that, they seem to have the same type of furniture shown in different ways. There are lots of colors to choose from but I wanted to see more styles. If you have something custom ordered, it is a minimum 5 month wait. It comes from Asia. Price wise, it is about what you would expect nowadays. They do seem to have a generous return policy if the customer is unhappy. That is definite plus.

They are known for their clean lines, modern design, and quality home goods. Minimalist lines are mixed with mid-century modern influences, creating a timeless yet con temporary vibe. Furniture, textiles, and home goods are offered in warm wood tones, clean metal finishes, and soft, neutral fabrics, making them versatile enough for both urban and traditional homes. Many of the products are crafted from sustainable materials, such as responsibly sourced wood and eco-friendly fabrics. West Elm works with artisans from around the world to offer handmade, eco-friendly products. Of course quality comes with a higher price tag so expect to pay full retail here although I did see a few sales scattered throughout the store. The brand's pricing structure reflects its premium materials, design, and craftsmanship. This was my first visit to a West Elm store and it reminded me of a Restoration Hardware store with its quality statement pieces and neutral color scheme. Staff was all over the store to offer help and answer questions. Anyone can find something to work into their home decor here or you can just come to window shop for design inspiration. Horrible business practice not only because it ensures sales will go down, but it is also of very bad taste to close costumers credit cards without notice as it impacts costumers credit scores. This is very dumb as I'm sure a simple costumer service call or notice before closing the account would actually motivate most of the costumers to purchase to keep the card. My credit score is 800+. My initial experiences with Crate & Barrel throughout the years were already horrible, let alone this inexplicable practice of closing a credit card without prior notice due inactivity. My husband is a regular costumer and will cancel his. We won't purchase anything there anymore. Treat your costumers with respect and consideration.
