Out the gate Peter was responsive and excited about my project. I was redoing an entire courtyard which hadn't been updated in well over 30 years. I was very clear on my expectations and did a lot of the prep work prior to him and his team coming through. Peter talked a good game; we shared our experiences with different irrigation options, plant selection and weed mitigation approaches. We both shared a desire to maintain a fair and respectful approach to this landscape remodel. Everything went great leading up to their arrival at the house to begin work. Peter did very little of the work, and his two workers were barely managed. The lead worker was sloppy and aggressive. Downright disrespectful. I had spent nearly a thousand dollars on wholesale plants and he treated them as if they were garbage that he was inconvenienced to have to plant. My requests to have Peter supervisor his labor was ineffective. Two days later and the entire job was completed to the most mediocre of standards. Because I believe firmly in paying people on time, I paid at the end of the job assuming that the work would be guaranteed. Peter wasted no time depositing the payment, but has completely ignored subsequent communications to fix the poor quality work of his lead worker. It's been four months and it's clear Peter and his business plan to ghost me. He failed to complete the agreed upon work and has made zero effort to remedy the remaining problems. Finding honest and reliable landscapers is tough going. Sadly Leafs U Green is just another landscaper looking to turn a quick buck with no regards for the quality of his work.

He had great communication and showed up when they said they would. He is also licensed/certified, which is very important! Specifically they helped with installation of a drainage system in our backyard (had water logging from heavy rains), shed removal, and aeration/seeding of our current lawn. What we were also very impressed with is he didn't try to upsell us/sell us something we didn't need. At first I wanted to replace all the grass, but he hinted that because of the landfills that could be an expensive process. I appreciate his transparency and recommendations on what works best for us financially. All in all, HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Look no further!

On Friday, I found Flawless on Yelp and got an appointment for Saturday. Adrian showed up on time and got to work. He checked out the many different lines and got to the source of the problem. He resolved the electrical issue so the sprinkler system could actually run. He came back on Monday to rewire the connections to protect the lines from future damage. He made sure all the lines were running. He found a problem with 1 zone and fixed it before finishing up. He did a great job and I've asked him for an estimate for a few other big landscaping projects.

Since then, I have worked with Hector and his team for years across multiple properties for many things. I have used them for: -tree trimming, tree cutting (large trees!), & stump removal -brush clearance -complete landscaping design (full grading, turf, watering systems, plants, planters, DE, etc) -hardscaping and concrete These guys really know what they are doing. They will really work with you to figure out exactly what you need. They are always thinking about how to deal with the details (drainage, plant locations, watering locations/logistics) And their quotes always come in lower than other places... Stay in touch with Hector during the process and you will be sure to get everything you need. Like I say, I've been working with them so long, they feel like family at this point! They really are a one-stop shop for everyting. That is another thing I love about them - they arent pushy. They will come out and discuss the project, give you an estimate, and won't try to strongarm you into hiring them. Its hard to find someone you can communicate with, work with, and not feel pressured. I remember the first time we hired them - all other places felt like they were pushing their ideas on us, but Hector always listened and strategized WITH us. 10/10 all around. He also was willing to make several visits to my house to go over the fine details of the plan. Finally, he provided me really good design advice. I've seen Frankie's crew in action and these guys don't just plant the trees, they go through different placements to ensure it is placed in the right setting. They are very friendly, professional, do great work and also do a great job at cleaning up. The job finished in 2 days. The trees he provided are beyond my expectation. They are more mature than I expected and they also are top picks in my mind. The estimate for the work done is very competitive and fair.
