I completely understand that businesses have to make financial decisions, but I was extremely disappointed by how easily long-standing residential customers were dropped when a more valuable contract came along. I can absolutely recommend the quality of their work--they truly were fantastic. But I would caution residential customers to keep in mind that, based on my experience, a long-term relationship and consistent business may not carry much weight if a larger HOA or commercial contract comes along. While they were here the son (who was leading our job) was rude, dismissive, and left trash all over our lawn and planter beds when he was done. When we made a complaint about the son his parents were equally dismissive and didn't "believe" us. The bender border has long screws sticking out with no caps of any kind leaving them completely exposed and incredibly dangerous. It's been a few years now and I kept avoiding making this review because even though I was upset I don't want to hurt a small business. However some of the landscaping they did (and others we've tried adding) all die almost immediately. Only today while pulling weeds my husband discovered that they never removed the stumps we paid to have removed they simply cut them low and buried them, the reason nothing is surviving in that part of our yard is because they can't root because there are already roots from the stump blocking other plants from taking root. I feel robbed because the job I paid thousands of dollars for was done poorly, and we've dealt with it ever since.
