We used Toanven photography for our engagement photoshoot / pre wedding , church wedding ceremony at St.Jarlath Catholic Church and civil wedding at Nella terra cellars. Also used their videography services which was also really great. When looking for a photographer , we wanted to make sure that our photographer is easy going, can help guide us and has experience with our venue. I discovered Toanven photography because my best friend used their services for her wedding and after finding out Toan had lots of experience at Nella Terra we knew we had to meet him. On our first zoom call Toan was beyond welcoming and excited which made us excited. He made us laugh, made us comfortable and answered all of our questions and broke down the whole process. Before the wedding Toan helped us better plan our timeline for photos and took his time to understand what were the "must have photos". He gave us alternatives on how we can still get pictures with others and saving time. His advice on a family shot list was super helpful as well. On wedding day Toan was just the person I needed around me with all the craziness of wedding day. We needed a photographer that was familiar with City Hall and searched online until we found Daniel. We knew he was the right fit when we saw this work and got to exchange a few emails. He was so easy to work with and just understood what we wanted. Daniel was very flexible and adaptable. He was truly tested when found out there was news conference at the foot of the stairs as well as rain, both threw a wrench in our plans but we worked with what we had and it was lovely. We found Daniel here on Yelp and we went with him over the other photographers because he was easy to get in touch with, nice in person, and we likes his portfolio. When we met him we saw him for the nice and fun guy that he is. It was important for us to feel like we're dealing with a person instead of a stiff robot (if that makes sense). On the wedding day, he was awesome! He directed us very well and even took some specific shots for us. He even put up with all the family and friend pictures after the ceremony haha! We had some issues of losing light (winter marriage) and he decided to take some more pictures at the church before we headed off to the reception area and this turned out to be a GREATA decision since it was very dark soon. Had we waited, those ceremony pictures would have been dark. He had worked at our venue before, so he knew his way around the place and did his thing. I focused on enjoying the moment and making sure my new bride was happy, and Daniel took care of the awesome pictures. We got back all the pictures within a month and my wife went back and forth with him over email to pick some photos to touch up and to re-edit. I really appreciated that they had a separate room for changing clothes and baby diaper changes, which made everything so much more comfortable and convenient. They had beautiful backgrounds and so many fun props for my baby to play with. We also added on the sibling option, and both of my kids had such a great time during the session. Ted was incredibly patient with my kids and managed to capture so many sweet and adorable moments naturally. When we first saw his portfolio, we were like "Yes this is the photographer that we would want." They are both extremely personable and so easy to work with. Leading up to the wedding day, we had a couple of more meetings with him to confirm everything. We asked for recommendations for photo spots post wedding and Danny provided a few locations that fit into our itinerary. On the day of, Danny and Julia were prompt. For the engagement photos, this was back in November 2023. She was already there when we arrived. Zach and I both felt so awkward and nervous since this was our first photo shoot, but Anna worked her magic and did her best to help us relax for the entire session. She's also a dog person so I was overjoyed that our dog was able to join us in these photos. After we saw the amazing engagement photos, I knew I had to secure her for our wedding day. Her response time is great as well; she will let you know when she is out of town and how long/when to expect a response from her. Our wedding was in mid-July 2024. Anna was there early again to scope out the wedding venue and checked in with both Zach and I the entire event. When I was having trouble walking in my dress, she was quick on her feet to help me. We had a long list of photos we wanted with family and she was able to organize everyone in a timely fashion. We only saw a snippet of the wedding photos, but I already know that the rest will turn out wonderfully. Anna is super friendly, approachable and such a sweet and kind person. I have booked with Eversnap twice already (and about to book again). I started hosting murder…read moremystery parties for my birthday two years ago and found Eversnap online. Both photographers were very quick in providing the edited photos, and I have had a great experience both times. In 2018, my photographer was Ross, and right off the bat, he's good at communicating with me (especially since I had booked about three months in advanced). He was prompt and very professional. He was very good in balancing out candid and posed shots. Even though I was the birthday girl and had the most shots, he was really good with making sure every guest I had were represented enough in the photos (I had less than 20 guests). What I especially liked about Ross was there wasn't a lot of idle time, and he was really good with taking every opportunity and catching the right moments. In 2019, my photographer was Madeline. She was great as well, especially with balancing out candid with posed shots. Her photos were very well edited and she got to capture a lot of awesome moments! My only tiny complaint about her is that in comparison to Ross, she seemed to take a lot less photos and spent plenty of times just sitting there. For comparison, Ross gave me about 230 photos, while Madeline only gave about 170. Regardless, her photos were great, so I can't complain much haha. I will continue to use Eversnap in any events I host because it's super easy to use. I also like the flexibility of paying 50% of the price upfront, and 50% after the event.

These idiots don't have a contact phone where a real person answers. it takes day's before they respond. what am i supposed to do right in the middle of an event if Photographer doesn't show up and there is nobody to talk to? all brains to get money but none for real service.
