I made an appointment and she was there when I showed up. Manuela is personality plus and does a great job with cut, style and color. A little pricey but then I'm cheap. Her prices are in line with master stylist of her caliber. From what I've learned about I Studio you won't be successful unless you already have a good following which Manuela does. The atmosphere is so relaxing, coming to the salon has become part of my self care relaxing routine. I bring a book with me to read while I'm sitting at the color bar, there is relaxing background music playing in the salon. They have cold drinks, coffee, and snacks for their guests and they are always very attentive making sure you have what you need while you wait. They treat their clients like family. I schedule my appointments ahead of time for the entire year, but if you call or go online you can schedule an appointment with them. Two days prior to your appointment you get a reminder text, you can confirm or schedule via the link sent to you.
