And when I went home, I could see an ugly gap between the shortest layer and the longer layers. The shortest layer was way high on the back side. It's reasonable for employees to engage in general conversations with the client, but this stylist asked too many personal questions that I did not feel comfortable sharing my personal life with her. Maybe if she talked less and focused more on the client's hair, it would show better result. The front desk lacked coordination between the cashiers, causing delays for clients waiting to be served as well as waiting to pay.

The atmosphere is so relaxing, coming to the salon has become part of my self care relaxing routine. I bring a book with me to read while I'm sitting at the color bar, there is relaxing background music playing in the salon. They have cold drinks, coffee, and snacks for their guests and they are always very attentive making sure you have what you need while you wait. They treat their clients like family. I schedule my appointments ahead of time for the entire year, but if you call or go online you can schedule an appointment with them. Two days prior to your appointment you get a reminder text, you can confirm or schedule via the link sent to you.
