Owner Lily called back and gave me an open spot at the same day. Their place was cozy and offering free refreshments, it's a plus for a nail salon. They were pretty busy and I waited for a while. A girl named Laura at last did my pedicure, I just picked a regular, never like gel. She's a quiet girl but very gentle and articulated. Did everything that I asked for. I was referred to Lindsey by the person in the inspiration photo to the left I shared, meaning the work shown was hers. Unfortunately, my experience was not good My inspiration photo was the image on the left, and the finished result was completely different. I paid $85, which I had no issue with at all price was not the problem. The problem was that the final product was not what I asked for. I clearly communicated my expectations during the entire appointment, and while I was told "okay, I'll do it for you," the finished result did not match what was agreed upon. What frustrates me most about nail salons is being told something "looks the same" when it clearly does not. I explained to the nail tech that the shape was off and the overall result did not match the inspiration. She initially agreed to fix it, but when I arrived, I was told it would cost an additional $65. At that point, I was extremely upset. I had already driven 25 minutes, paid full price, and basically had to accept the situation. No customer service at all or the accountability. I've been in the beauty industry and I understand respecting time, but if you know it wasn't done right at least try to rectify.
