I signed up for Gaby's training on Facebook and was very disappointed to see that she does not allow you to access the full training and only releases one day at a time. This information was NOT clear in the landing pages and was not expected as I have signed up for many photography courses over my 20 years in the business and have NEVER ONCE had an educator with hold training like this. When I voiced my displeasure she refunded my money and locked me out of the remainder of the course. The only information I needed was on DAY FIVE and now I cannot access anything. I am extremely disappointed with the unprofessional way this was dealt with. I am still receiving emails from her and I cannot access anything! I DID NOT ASK FOR A REFUND. I came to her for our family portraits and newborn session and she exceeded my expectations. I literally loved all of the photos. Her newborn session was first class. She provided us with snacks and beverages comfy couch and nice clean dressing rooms. My oldest child had toys to play with while Gaby did all the heavy lifting of prepping and wrapping our newborn in all of the beautiful wraps and headbands she provides. Gaby is an amazingly talented portraitist! She was so patient and engaging with my (sometimes) hyperactive kids. The portraits she captured of them, my husband, and myself are nothing short of ART; they are so genuine and I feel blessed to be able to have these heirlooms for my family. I honestly couldn't believe she was able to capture such gorgeous portraits of my children...together...smiling!!!! Ha ha. Her studio/office is very accommodating and it made me more relaxed that my kids were able to play in a designated area while we adults chatted about the session, how my husband and I wanted to display our portraits, and went over the entire process. She was very clear with her communication, attentive to our desires, and her personality is very warm and comforting; not at all what I was used to going to studios in the mall. Now they seem more like "photo factories" where they just want to get people in and out as quickly as possible without any real care who you are or what they even give you. Never again! After seeing Gaby's beautiful and artistic work through Facebook, we decided to schedule an appointment with her and have our baby girl's photos taken. I intended on having a baby session photo shoot for our daughter then ended up having a family photo shoot as well. When the day came for our daughter's photo shoot, Gaby welcomed us into her studio and made us feel comfortable in an instant with her upbeat personality. She made the photo shoot fun and exciting. She was super gentle and patient with our baby. She has many wraps and headbands to choose from (which she handmade and are totally cute). Gaby took several shots to make sure we will get the best choices of photos to choose from. Same with our family session. Gaby is super friendly and she knew what my two boys liked to get them comfortable enough to take the photos. They had lots of fun, thanks to her. When it was time to choose the photos, it was very difficult, as we love them all and so many to choose from. We took over 2 hours just deciding on which photos we wanted. Gaby had so much patience with us and was super helpful in making some decisions. By the time we were done, we were all hungry. LOL. I found Gaby through google as I was searching for newborn photographers near me. I looked at her work on her website and it was absolutely amazing! This was exactly the type of photos I was looking for for my newborn photo shoot. I was really late on scheduling an appointment as your supposed to before the baby is even born and my baby was already here, but she was very accommodating in scheduling us in. When we went in her studio it was really clean and comfortable. She had everything there you would need to feed or change the newborn which is really important since you will be there for awhile. She also had a play area for any siblings as well as snacks and water for everyone. Her work is beautiful and shes so patient with the newborn. My experience with Gaby was nothing short of amazing. The pictures she took of my newborn twins were truly beautiful. Before booking, I was hesitant to take my babies out at two weeks, but during our first meeting in her studio, she really put me at ease with the entire process. In fact, when we arrived for our session, her hospitality and kindness made the entire experience relaxing. And there's something to be said about a relaxed first time mom of twins! She was amazing and patient with the babies, and I knew they were in good hands. My favorite part of the process was picking up our order and taking it home.
