I brought all my medical records from my previous physicians as well as neurologist to review. In addition to needing a new primary, I also had a simple one page form for my long-term disability company to fill out. It was just list my diagnosis and or prognosis. However, Dr. Mohsen Kheradpezhouh refused to even see me! I've never heard of this in my life. My friend is a retired Doctor and he thinks that it's absurd but also unethical to hear about a physician to behave in such a manner. He states that this one of the reasons why he retired because of insurance companies and other physicians like this! So in other words, if you are currently disabled or elderly, do not go to this practice, you'll not receive any medical care, so why would you want a doctor in the first place. I apologize for such a long review, but people need to know about the state of medical care in this country and what it has become.

Another person picked up, I explained what had just happened and said I didn't know what this was about and why the other person had transferred. This is the answer I've got: "Because I am the Boss! " At that point I said " OK, you may be her boss but not my boss." Can you please tell me what this charge is about? I haven't been there is years. Her answer, yelling: "Screw it! I'll send you to collection!" and hung up. Collections for what? They will not even tell me, and I am sure I do not owe them anything. Now, what do I do? Who do I talk to? I am at a loss here. What a terrible place.

It's important to note that Dr. Zabinski recently changed offices and now has a wonderful staff who are professional, kind, and efficient. The new office runs smoothly, and the environment feels much more welcoming. Unfortunately, some of the older reviews still reflect issues from his previous office staff, which no longer applies. I have a tendency to kidney stones, and he monitors those closely for me. When they get too large to pass safely, he proactively suggests treatment before they start their excruciating passage from the kidney. I have also relied on him to surgically remove a prostate tumor that involved the bladder as well. In short, he's taken good care of my urological needs over the years. His new office staff is very helpful. If they can't answer the phone, I get a call back within 30 minutes.

From the first time I entered the office I knew in my heart this was the place for me. After loosing over 100 pounds the hard way through diet and exercise, I had a goal to have my excess stomach skin removed and Gynecomastia removed from my chest. Dr. Diaz made me feel very comfortable and answered every question I had (including the ones I found silly). Dr. Diaz was continuously educating and teaching me about how the procedures work, techniques, and how these would impact my recovery and results. The on-site surgery center is incredible and was must for me. Absolutely everything was included with the procedures I had. All my pre and post appointments, medical supplies for personal care, scar treatment, and even recovery vitamins. I am 32 male and had a tummy tuck, lipo, and gynecomastia surgery all at one time. Over 8 hrs in surgery and my 10 year goal was achieved! Over 9 pounds of skin removed just from my stomach, my abdominals were reconnected and attached to my core, and gynecomastia gone! A nurse escorted my wife and I to the house, helped me inside, and into the the couch. She walked my wife through the medication, circulation machine, and personal care instructions. Later that night Dr. Diaz called to check up on me just to see how I was doing, and even provided his cell phone number. After my surgery Dr. Diaz and his staff worked around my schedule for my fallow up visits and even opened up on Sundays and Holidays to accommodate me. When I asked if they could send me home with a set or fax them to me if they weren't readily available, I was told that the forms only take "five minutes" to complete. I explained that I really did not wish to rush through them and another employee indicated I could come twenty minutes early to complete them. When I asked why it would take twenty minutes to complete forms that I was just told only take five, I was dismissively told I could come early. The first employee I dealt with had at least one facial piercing and was wearing inappropriate clothing. She was hardly professional in appearance. The second was simply rude. I explained that I would let my referring physician know about this visit as well as an immediate family member who also happens to be a physician. They didn't care. When I stated I would like to cancel my appointment, I was asked if I would like to reschedule. Ha! Incidentally, the employees involved were Rebecca and Nicole. Rebecca simply seemed stupid while Nicole came across as quite rude. I don't care how stellar a physician might be; he is responsible for his office staff. If they treat the immediate family member of a fellow physician this way, how will they treat others without any connection? Other observations: They apparently have a policy where if you wait longer than 30 minutes, they give you some type of credit or gift card. Is this a sandwich shop or a physician's office? Also, look at the length of time some of their doctors have been in practice. I don't wish to be anyone's gerbil. If you've seen the commercials for this practice, understand that they only appear to be showing the oldest looking of their physicians so as not to scare off potential customers - I mean patients.

She was Very Kind and commented on how well I had filled out our forms. She made copies of our IDs & Insurance Cards and we were in the exam room within minutes! Our Weight, Blood Pressure, Temperature, & Oxygen levels were checked & documented. The ladies were Very Efficient, Organized, & Friendly. Dr. Stember gave us a warm greeting and was very Thorough, Intelligent, Friendly, Kind, Honest, & Very Easy to Understand (No strong accent). I had Gastric Bypass Surgery in 2017 and a Bilateral-Brachioplasty & Panniculectomy in February, as well. Dr. Stember was able to talk to me about them in detail and not flinch when certain things were said. He is a Very Smart man & worth listening to. I also have an extensive medical history from when I was 375 pounds, again Dr. Stember was caring the whole way through!
