I brought all my medical records from my previous physicians as well as neurologist to review. In addition to needing a new primary, I also had a simple one page form for my long-term disability company to fill out. It was just list my diagnosis and or prognosis. However, Dr. Mohsen Kheradpezhouh refused to even see me! I've never heard of this in my life. My friend is a retired Doctor and he thinks that it's absurd but also unethical to hear about a physician to behave in such a manner. He states that this one of the reasons why he retired because of insurance companies and other physicians like this! So in other words, if you are currently disabled or elderly, do not go to this practice, you'll not receive any medical care, so why would you want a doctor in the first place. I apologize for such a long review, but people need to know about the state of medical care in this country and what it has become.

I consulted with him about several others procedures including laser hair removal, and IPL. Ignore the bad reviews, it is not the experience I received.

I had previously promised him that I would show him my DNA blood test report from a hospital in China. So, I brought my DNA blood report to a nurse practitioner at this clinic. If I remember correctly, her name was Allison. When I arrived at the clinic, the nurse who checked my blood pressure and heart rate was very unfriendly. My hepatitis B virus test has been positive since childhood, but it is completely non-contagious. The only restriction is that I cannot donate blood. My twin daughters were born without the hepatitis B virus. However, this so-called medical professional actually told me that she needed to report my condition to the local infectious disease agency. I was speechless. How could a so-called medical professional lack such basic medical knowledge? Even now, passing by this clinic still makes me feel very uncomfortable. She made me rethink what it means to be a so-called medical professional in the United States. I encountered this just after returning from my parents' funeral in China in 2019. This in itself was adding insult to injury.

I always accompany my husband to his appointments, and Dr. Zabinski takes a moment to ask how I'm doing as well. That kind of personal care and attention is rare and very much appreciated. It's important to note that Dr. Zabinski recently changed offices and now has a wonderful staff who are professional, kind, and efficient. The new office runs smoothly, and the environment feels much more welcoming. Unfortunately, some of the older reviews still reflect issues from his previous office staff, which no longer applies.
