Decent. Typical pizza joint. Food is typically good. Not the best place around but I'd eat there again.

I usually recommend this place to all of my friends and family for their great food and decent prices. They just raised their prices quite a bit, including the large pizza and 10 wing special from $21 to $28. I like their food but I'm not paying that by any means. If you order through slice, it adds another $10 to begin with, between delivery, tax, and "support local", with a $20 delivery minimum. For me this order came out to 38.26 overall with 15% tip. As much I like their food, I'm not willing to pay that amount. I ordered pretty often too. It's a shame. read more

I really want to give this place far more stars. I just don't feel it's managed properly. The menu has a lot to offer. But delivery is late. When i go for take out... It's hit or miss. I could deal with the service but the price is outrageous. I would pay for the price for good service but not what I expected. The food isn't one star but the service is. read more

Ordered here for the first time last Saturday night....a cheesesteak, a chicken parm sandwich and an order of provolone fries. Everything was prepared quickly and was very good, but being a lifelong fan of Gaetano's Willingboro I found the Mt. Holly location's sandwiches are much smaller than what you'd get in Willingboro (the rolls are the same length it's just they weren't "stuffed" like Willingboro). There customer service is desirable. They will mess up your order, admit to the mistake, expect you to bring the food back so they can throw it out. Regular customers get no respect. I will not be returning to this location. Shame you share the same name as the Gaetanos in Willingboro which has been and always will be the best. These cheesesteaks aren't as good as the ones in the Pennypacker location, the upside is that their pizza is way better than the Willingboro location even though it's a little pricy it's one of the only good places to get pizza around here. Great service and delivery is fast. read more

I have been ordering from Gaetano's for years and never had any issues. Tonight changed that. The owner of this establishment is rude and unclear. I called asking for a vegetarian saute, he repeated the order back to me saying a vegetarian hoagie and i agreed under the impression that he was repeating my order back to me. When i received my food i called to speak with them being that i have ordered from them many times before. The owner was placed on the phone and was rude and unaccommodating to my needs. I asked for the food to be replaced at a later date because it is now late in the evening, and he told me that that was not an option. It's sad that this is how my family's business will end here. Very disappointing. Was expecting something similar to the Gaetanos in Willingboro from my childhood. While the caeser salad dressing was great, the Cheesesteak was lacking everything. The steak was huge. But lacked any type of flavor. Couldn't even tell there was cheese on it. I asked for no onions, it has onions. This place has potential. I hope they improve. read more

First and last time i will step foot in there. where can i post a picture of this monstrosity. Ordered a Large chicken cheese steak, first off toasting of the roll should not have to be asked for, the hot peppers were extra mild and not chopped in the steak with the onions, mushrooms either. another had to ask for move. Smh fries extra oily but good crinkle cut i die for. I asked them if the were like the one in willingboro they were quick with the yesses the chicken tenders were dry like sand. After reading the reviews I've decided to change my opinion placing the blame on the covid-19 and the break in the economy, so with that being said, I purchased two cheese steaks and from the moment i picked up my bag i could see the LOVE was not the same as the Pennypacker location, however the price was the same. I work hard for every penny i earn especially now days, i dont feel its fair to knowingly run a CHAIN restaurant and make the franchise's signature sandwiches and they are not as filling as they are suppose to be. I'm a big guy and I'm never able to finish a 12" sandwich until tonight, the staff was very friendly and did their jobs completely, but the owner must know he is cheating the customers not only from an awesome experience of enjoying a MONSTER cheese steak but also out of their money. I really didn't expect to see so many bad reviews about a Gaetano's but after my personal experience tonight i can absolutely understand why there is, this specific location is going to sully the entire franchise. Needless to say i will never return to this Gaetanos again, and furthermore this place needs to hand it over to someone who will value and carry on the the franchise's reputation! read more

I can't believe the conversation I just had with the manager at this establishment. I used to go to this place years ago when it was originally Gaetano's and later Hollywood Steaks. They had the best cheesesteaks I've ever eaten. Lots of meat and lots of cheese. Excellent. Then I moved. Now year's later I move back and I happened to drive passed it and noticed it was still there and it was Gaetano's again. Great!!! I stopped in and ordered a cheesesteak hoagie and some other sandwiches for my family. I started eating the sandwich later that night. I noticed that it wasn't very good. It was dry. I haven't been there in a while, so I thought they might just not be as good as they had been. I then looked inside the other half and couldn't find ANY cheese! They just gave me a steak hoagie. They were closed, but I called and left a polite message stating that they had made a mistake and I would call again tomorrow. Today I called again and talked to a manager who said that there was nothing they would do. They said that since I ate half of it, they wouldn't replace it. After arguing back and forth, she very reluctantly said that if I were to bring the other half in, they would replace that half and that half only. I couldn't believe it. That's not how you treat your customers. They made a mistake on my order, I have the proof with the other half... they need to fix it... period!!! I didn't want to write this. I wanted to get the right sandwich and give them a great review because I think with cheese, the sandwich I ordered would have been awesome. But after this experience with the manager, I thought people need to know who they're dealing with. I gave my number for the owner to call me, so whatever happens with it, I'll post a follow-up. I just can't believe they are giving me a hard time for this. It's just a sandwich. Edit: I looked more closely at the 2nd half and did in fact find cheese in the center of the meat. It just was an extremely small amount for the massive amount of meat they put in. I will be going back to give them a 2nd chance, but I'm definately asking for extra cheese.
