I ordered off of slice app which has a request section. The restaurant did not fulfill my request. Instead of calling to confirm if the order was still requested or not, they just sent it and refused to refund or fix the issue. Nowhere noted did it state they do not take this specific request. I now have a ton of food that will go to waste. As far as taste of the other food, it isn't terrible. The delivery guy was at least nice. read more

Order food to go. When I drove home 4 mins away- My pizza was hard, unbearable to chew and cold ... to top it off their was an unrecognizable hair on one of my slices. Feels like a huge waste of money. Never had this issue before but this definitely will not be my go to spot after today. read more

Would go here periodically for years. Used to be a very solid spot. Last few times were so-so and I figured "hey let's give them one last shot". And let me tell you - they failed miserably. First ordered a chicken caesar salad. Would have been nice if the salad either had a) dressing on it or b) on the side. It had neither. Was pretty much lettuce and bland chicken. Ok, let's go to the next item which was the Chicken Ranch Panini. It was ok. Chicken was a little bland and dry and they forgot to put the french fries in the order, even when menu clearly states all paninis come with fries. I'll consider it a win based on the other food I got. Last was the meatball sandwich. It was atrocious. And I mean atrocious. Barely any sauce and the meatballs were drier than the Sahara. Completely burned and awful. I've attached a picture so you can see. There pizza was average at best. Look there are plenty of other pizza places in the area, you should try one that actually cares about the food they make. I found Pizza Village via Grub Hub I was impressed by there amount of positive reviews it had. We have lived in Burlington for 12 years and did not know it existed, and we def have pasted it a bunch of times driving down Mt Holly Road. I loved that they delivered to our home and you could order via YELP! Our go to pizza is "The Worlds Best Tomato Pie" it has chunky sweet tomatoes and a good amount of cheese with whole basil leaves. It's my favorite Burlington pizza. I usually get a Chef's Salad as well, which comes with a small garlic knot as your bread, nice touch! We liked them so much we started getting a separate order of them as well. For dessert my husband loves their homemade Tres Leches cake, at $5 a piece I have to spot him from ordering two because there's face it I can make a whole sheet cake of it for $10 (which is what I do now). It's by far the best piece of homemade Tres Leches in the area. We will continue to order from here once a week and the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars because it lacks of kind of individually to a pizza shop. Most would say stick to what you know, and stick to what works, which I'm all for but weekly specials go a long way when you have regulars ordering all the time, but overall solid! read more

Our order was wrong which was a little disappointing, but everything was delicious! We ordered a pizza- half cheese and half pepperoni and sausage and an order of mild wings. We have a picky 6 yr old that will only eat cheese pizza and nothing spicy. The pizza came and it was half pepperoni and half sausage, and the wings were definitely not mild. Used to be great; really bummed about decline. Got pizza here for 20 years. People who ate chicken got sick last 2 times and we had really bad delivery guy last time. Gave him generous 20% tip but he crumpled up his receipt and threw it on my lawn. New owners need to get it together to hold up Joe's tradition. Ribeye sandwich is the TRUTH! Ordered from here right before closing and picked it up only to find out they deliver to my home!! Score!! Next time I got delivery and the guy forgot my bottle of water I gave him a tip and he promised to come back with my water. 3 stars because Normally the food is pretty good. Tried something new... the BLT pizza. AWEFUL!! The crust was ok. But they put so much mayo soaked iceberg lettuce on top it made everything mushy. It was like soup. We found 5 tiny tiny pieces of bacon on the entire pie. The tomatoes we're chopped up very small & also contributed to the mushyness. I've had BTL pizza before (at CPK), lots & lots of bacon, nice round slices of tomato placed on the hot crust & then chopped lettuce (mixed greens) tossed with a very sparse amount of mayo (like almost none) layered on top. Not wet or soupy. I'll stick to the regular pizza from now on. read more

If you looking for the perfect pizza place that tells you your order will be done in 15 minutes and you walk in 20 minutes later (thinking that your order will be ready when you get there) and tells you as he is opening the oven - thinking that your pie is in the oven, "just a few more minutes." OK. Got it, no worries. UNTIL...the delivery guy walks in with a pie in his hand and the guy who has been waiting on you gives you THAT pie. Seriously my friend. Fes up. You or your staff messed up and MAKE IT RIGHT (PUTZ!). No, the guy didn't event apologize. Seriously what kind of business person are you? Obviously an arrogant one! Get it together. Decided to stop by and try it after a co worker said to " check it out" so I went an ordered a Italian hoagie and slice of pizza to go. The bill was around $8 something but was charged $10 min for order paying with my credit card???? "Minimum...Really?" I don't understand how they can charge someone a minimum fee to use a credit card. The food was nothing great and the service was not good. They need to take some lesson from villa pizza up the road on customer service and quality of food. Sad to say that's the second store in that plaza I will not be returning to. read more

This is now our go to pizza place. Their Brooklyn pie is amazing!! There pies are good. Wings are pretty good as well. We have tried a few of the subs and have always been happy. At the end of the day, you have to get the Brooklyn pie!! read more

I always go to pizza village because the pizza is so good but today was bad I paid for 2 pies and wings forgot I had a coupon and explained that to the older man he said that I was confusing him with my order yes I had separate orders and a coupon but it was just 3 pies & wings I didn't understand where the confusion was coming from he started to get loud and say that they are extreme busy because it is Sunday but regardless of the day they should be able to fulfill my order customer service is everything I'm really disappointed they are my go to pizza place but this has truly left a bad taste in my mouth I don't see myself going back anytime soon read more
