It would be nice if they could also add some Chanel and Celine options. However, I wanted some lightweight frames for my new prescription and needed a wider frame. Darlene helped me with finding frames that fit my face and even ordered a size so I could come back later to try. I originally liked a pair of Silhouette glasses, but the price point was above what I was expecting, so Darlene helped me find some Ray Bans as an alternative which I ended up liking better. She was also great with showing me color options on her computer and what would go with my skintone. I ordered just in time for my 2024 insurance benefit and can't wait for my new glasses to come in. He explained in simple terms what was happening and what I could expect. On my annual visit today, he again did a great job explaining what had happened and what may be to come. The attention to my care is very reassuring and refreshing. My only ask is for them to carry more specific Asian fit glasses. They few that are carried by Kate Spade are comfortable at all There is plenty of parking in their lot that extends to the back of the building. Their office hours are great too!

I'm not even a customer at this store, but they didn't hesitate to help. They offered me a free sample box of contact lenses that matched my prescription, no pressure and no strings attached. I had also checked with Costco, and while they had samples available, they said I could only get them if I placed an order. That would have left me without contacts for a week. This store actually cared and helped me when I needed it. Excellent customer service, and I'm very grateful.

I asked the clerk who checked me in and he said he liked the convenience of being able to park in the back to come to work. And, I, the 75 year-old customer needs to walk to a multi-story parking structure two blocks away. He added that, if they, the WP workers, couldn't park conveniently close like that, there would be no one here to help me, the customer. I asked him if the company endorsed the workers taking those four parking spaces. He said, yes, if there are spaces available. And stay for their entire shift!!! I find this hard to believe and hope that Management will read this review. These spaces are perfect to stop in easily for my short visits to the store. I'm not going to pan Warby Parker; I like their glasses. And the person who adjusted my frames was very nice and did a good job.

I purchased corrective lenses in 2023 and called for an appointment for repairs to the nose pads…read moreand ear hinge to the frames. I spoke with Macario and he said that I could just drop in, which I did. He recognized who I was and not only fixed the hinge, but gave me two new nose pads. It was all done in about five minutes! I was in and out in ten minutes at most and I still had plenty of time to beat traffic home. Macario is a model of excellent customer service. I will definitely be returning after my next eye exam for new frames. The experience was splendid.

She didn't suggest any frames, and when I asked for oval or cat eye frames she just waived at a wall with only oversized square lenses. I went back a few months later to get a copy of my prescription. All that entails is them printing out a page. But lots of attitude because I pulled the worker away from texting on her phone. I don't recommend buying glasses here but if you just need an exam it's fine. Then take your prescription anywhere else

As we get older, our vision needs change, and this year my appointment turned out to be far more important than I expected. During my exam, Dr. Mock noticed a sign that prompted him to recommend I follow up with my regular physician. I did, and after additional testing--including simple bloodwork for Lp(a) and ApoB--I learned I have an inherited cardiovascular risk factor I otherwise would not have known about. Catching something like that early matters, and I'm deeply grateful for Dr. Mock's thoroughness and attention to the whole patient--not just whether I can read the eye chart. And beyond the medical care, the staff, especially Suzi, are wonderful. Choosing glasses and lens options can feel overwhelming, especially as we get older and our visual needs become more complicated. They take the time to ask thoughtful questions: How far away is your computer? What do you do all day? Are progressives the right fit? What are your goals? They don't rush you through the process or push you toward something generic. They genuinely work to help you find the best solution for your lifestyle and vision needs. This was an expensive purchase, and I expected both quality and proper customer service. While attempting to explain that the lenses did not meet the intended outcome of my order, Dr. Mock responded in a harsh and unprofessional manner. He refused to listen to my concerns or work toward a reasonable solution, even though adjustments and lens protection were included as part of the service I had paid for. During the interaction, Dr. Mock became increasingly aggressive. He threw the prescription toward me, spoke in a hostile tone, harassing me and dismissed my concerns in a belittling way. He then said, "Take it or leave it," and directed us toward the door, effectively ending the conversation without any attempt to resolve the issue. We left the store without any resolution and felt discouraged from returning, even if further problems arise. This experience was deeply disappointing. I would advise future customers to proceed with caution when dealing with this business. Especially with Dr. Mock and his wife.
