I hired Jay to dig up my existing lawn and install an new one. He came out quickly to give me a quote from our initial contact. He sent me a picture of my current yard and itemized everything he was going to do and cost. Once I agreed to it I received a contract in the Mail and the work was completed within two weeks. They power raked, hand raked, delivered fresh loom graded my yard to fix the drainage and then finished with hydro seeding. He even sent me pictures during the process to keep me informed as to what he was doing which was awesome. He was very professional. We hired Jay to install a lawn for us in our new home after the contractor that built it hand seeded over rocky topsoil. Jay came out and power raked the whole lot, spread new loam, and hydroseeded the entire yard. His price was stellar, a very good value, with itemized cost for all materials and labor. As a side note, he also provided a quote for installing a complete irrigation system, which we were not able to do because, well, we were just moving into our first house, and money was going out much faster than it was coming in. Gagnon's Irrigation completely reworked my "yard". Brought in 140-yards of loam, installed a 10-zone sprinkler system and hyrdo-seeded. Jay was receptive to my questions and addressed all the concerns I had. He actually made a v-grove drainage into more of a u-shape for easier mowing. Great job, highly recommended. read more
