Andrew could not have been a better server, he even got a bottle and poured soft drinks in there for us to refill ourselves. Convenient for him and for us! The Irish Hog was delicious, the applewood smoked bacon and a couple of other things that were on that burger... What I didn't like about it though was that the burger was very small and the buns were huge -- so that wasn't the best but everything else was pretty good. The gravy that came with it was delicious. The only dish I had that I considered mediocre was the salmon burger. Like I said before, I really like salmon and this burger didn't seem to do the flavors justice. It felt muffled by the bun and other toppings. To finish it off I also ordered the blueberry lemon cheese cake and the chocolate cake. Both of which were delicious! The chocolate cake came with some strawberries on the side that added a nice freshness to the dessert. The cake itself was a bit dry, but tasty nonetheless. The cheesecake was absolutely delicious and was my preferred desert. Topped with a healthy pile of blueberries, in a delicious syrup. It looked and tasted delicious (and was quite a large slice). The proton is really huge that it seems like double the size of some cheap restaurants. Striploin is done well to my liking. You can almost feel the tender texture comes from dry age process. The only thing I am appointed is the fried smoked pork belly on the tapas menu. It is just too dry, and the pork is way too small inside the thick breading. Basically, you can't taste anything other than the dried breading. If it weren't because of the sweet hot sauce, I would not even put a second piece in my mouth.
