Recently I had to go back to replace my retainer, as it seemed like it was getting old. They were very honest with me that both the top and bottom retainer didn't need to be replaced. I still chose to replace the top one. Unfortunately it cracked a few days later (these new retainers are much tighter and require much more care removing them). Zirbel was able to get me in and replace the retainer for free! This was such great customer service. Overall, I highly recommend. Happy smiles!
