This not only caused pain but also added cost of having a competent orthodontist fix the problem as well as additional and expensive specialized dental laser treatments to fix her gums. The office staff only cared about keeping it all quiet rather than helping her which was rather unprofessional and borderline disgusting behavior. They recently sent me a letter stating that they do not expect to hear from me again and won't cover the cost of the laser treatment but I can and will always share our devastating and painful experience. And honestly, the unprofessional attitude of the office staff provides an experience that would make me rather not hear from them again. I hope you, the "human consumer" will make the correct decision when choosing Orthodontic care for your children.

After expressing my concerns and asking to stick with the same kind woman who had assisted me a couple of times, Tressa has gone above and beyond to ensure we schedule my appointments to match the days she is in office because I dislike having new technicians in fear not having all of my concerns heard or remembered correctly. She thoroughly explains all of the procedures being done and really makes sure she understands my concerns and brings them all up to Dr. B, who is always able to ease my anxiety and reassure me to trust the process. Tressa is very confident in her field and has a positive attitude every time we interact. Since being a patient here, I have seen through my own care and through witnessing interactions between Tressa, Noah, and Dr. B specifically, that the staff genuinely care about if their patients are happy with their results and they will not stop until you are.

The staff is helpful and kind, and we have been very impressed with the attentive progress to our children's teeth alignment. We had been advised by another orthodontist to pull permanent teeth from one of our children. We sought a second opinion and were so grateful to talk to Dr. Miller. He talked to us about the best practices of orthodontic work, the result of the mouth shape when teeth are removed, and his plan for keeping all the teeth and creating more room for them. Then I had her another time and she was rather rude. I did not think about it much because she wasn't my primary dentist. Then one time my daughter went in and when she was done, she was distraught saying that she we made degraded and basically told that she was not to talk when the dr. was talking. I've had a difficult time getting her to go to the dentist again. Finally, I requested that we don't get Dr. McGinn again however, we still get her as backup. Disappointing.
